The room was very clean in the bed was very comfortable. The overall Hotel is not upscale but the staff was very nice and the only issue I had was addressed immediately. The room was quiet and the whole complex was quiet with this person not noticing noise from other guests. Many people traveling use the place and you were offered the option to store your car there if you traveled out of the airport.

The air conditioning could have worked a little better.

The room was cozy and comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Missing a drain plug, so no bath. Sadness. The room itself was quiet, but with it being so close to a major roadway and the airport, the outside noises made the room loud. There was a fridge and a microwave. Wifi was good. You can also order in room service, but it was pricey, so I didn't try this.

The outside noise getting in was not the greatest. It made for a tough time getting to sleep. The bed was comfortable but had so many mattress protectors that it was kind of loud if you moved around a bit at night. Other than that, the room was fine. The facilities were ripe with marijuana smells. Though they might not be smoking in the room, as soon as you step outside, you can smell it.

Wish it had 2 beds but for the price cant complain. No coffee in room and wish not friendly night desk guy could have told us they had coffee in office in the morning. And as 2 females,we needed 4 towels, 1 each for hair and 1 each for body and he told me i had to bring in 2 towels to exchange for 2 clean ones as inly 2 towels per room. After plenty of complaining he begrudgingly gave me 2 more but not at all politely.

Having the shuttle from the airport and back the following day (as I was just in Seattle on a long layover) was a great convenience. The property was very quick to reply to my question about shuttle hours in advance of my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. The heater was efficient - which I appreciated as I flew in from a warm climate to cold Seattle.

The wifi wasn't working in my room.

This is an older motel with rooms to the outside, right by a major road. My expectations were not high, I just needed a shower and a clean bed after a long flight. I was given a room on the second floor, which I was grateful for. When I opened the door, I was surprised. Wood laminate flooring made for a very clean look, and even on closer inspection, the place was spotless. High water pressure in the shower and a comfy bed made it great! Included breakfast wasn't much, but there's a grocery nearby.

Hard to write much here because this is an older motel and there isn't much that can be done about the road noise. The air conditioner worked great (good thing! There was a heat wave!) but it was a bit noisy. Earplugs helped! The blackout curtains were great, but it might have been nice to have a lighter curtain to let in morning light without also letting in eyes from every passersby.

The people were super nice and helpful with everything they did. It was a little dated, and the rooms were tight, but it worked perfect for us for a long layover. This was definitely the cleanest place that I’ve ever stayed in. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you so much!!

The last minute availability, the price, the flat screen tv with clear reception/cable, the heater worked, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

It was older and in desperate need of renovations and upkeep, but now I know why I was able to get such a great price on the room compared to all the other businesses in the area. There were holes in the wall and bathroom door fixed with duct tape, the sink had a constant audible drip throughout the night, I had to put a towel in the doorway to prevent a wind chill and the walls were very thin so you heard everything around you.

the customer service lady was super helpful. she is a great person, she is active always there if we needed help.

the shuttle driver wasn’t this great. although we tipped him, he left a disabled old man with two kids far away from where we wanted to be close to the terminal. he was carelessly didn’t pay attention where we want to be dropped. we had to walk for almost close to an hour

I was happy that they tried to give me a quiet room- an upstairs room at the end not facing the street (the street is noisy!). The air-conditioning worked well and wasn't loud. The airport shuttle was convenient. There was two fast-food chains within walking distance. Breakfast was fine, but it was just bagged doughnuts and bananas to take back to your room.

Price- I know Seattle is expensive and it's close to the airport, but my Kiwi dollar would have gone a lot further in many different places, so the value for money for me was poor. But it was the cheapest we could find near the airport, so that's the way travel goes!

We booked the room mainly as a place to stay for an early morning flight out of SeaTac. We had a bed and a place to shower. We walked about one block for fast food which was okay. The room was clean and there is NO CARPET, which is good. The shuttle took us to the airport at 4:00 AM and we made our early flight.

The down side of the hotel stay is nothing the hotel has any control over, The ValuInn is in the flight path and it is noisy. It is what it is.
