Your staff was awesome they went over and beyond to make sure that I was accommodated with ground level and smoking room. I am handicapp with a bad knee I can't do stairs and I had booked a room at another hotel that would not accommodate my needs I asked the uber driver to take me to that motel 6 cause I have always had great service from that motel six

I have no negative to say because that place has been good to me.

The room was super clean. The air conditioner worked great. The wash basin outside the toilet was spotless. The water pressure of the shower was awesome. The staff was super helpful and gave us an extra pillow when asked. They were very courteous and accommodating.

The bathroom door handle did not close properly but it was a super minor defect. Price of the room was a little much compared to the facilities provided.

The guy that helped me ,I booked and didn't appear in the system but he was able to help me And ice machine was helpful since they have no fridge

The lady that opened the door after one knock on the door and didn't wait for me to answer ,she just opened the door thinking we were gone ... no microwave or fridge My husband washed his work clothes and left them drying and his clothes got stolen He was so upset he had to drive to shoreline to the storage were we have some stuff and back to capital Hill for work

It was very clean and comfortable. Very easy check in with friendly staff. The non-smoking room was really such and had no odors, like some other places.

Kind of out of the way even for the airport and I was leaving from downtown Seattle. A good walk, a bit over a mile, from the Angle Lake transit station.

The rooms are nicer than the average Motel 6 with platform beds and plenty of accessible outlets and a comfortable area to dine and work. The AC/Heat was working well and clean. Not perfect, but clean. There were some heavy animal smells and chemical smells in the halls, but my room was good. I travel with a dog, so air quality and attention to chemical use is important to me. I was able to get a room on the first floor and close to an exit.

Staff knocked a lot getting my dog to bark. If they could notate what rooms have dogs and call them, it would avoid this.

The price for this very basic room.

While the room was very clean, there were NO extras--no photos or art work on the walls, minimum number of cups, etc. this was the most stripped down room I have stayed in for years. But it was comfortable.

Very clean, friendly staff that was willing to help when needed. Very comfortable beds, and the pillows were just firm enough.

The pillows didn't have pillow cases, and the blankets were a bit thin, but that's the only thing.

The room was nice and clean and the staff even knocked on the door to make sure I was ok the next day that was awesome.

A fridge and microwave... seems like all the rooms should have them without paying extra

Bathroom stool overflowed - front desk was busy - said they would send someone as soon as possible - no nighttime maintenance or housekeeping- we used our towels to clean up water - 30 to 45 mins later front desk brought towels to clean up water which was done - a plunger and clean towels --- No one checked back to see if all was cleaned up or any kind of adjustment on bill---or if the problem was resolved---- we know everyone is pushed to limit-- but a phone call would have been a good customer interaction
