La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Olympia - Lacey

The staff is friendly and the room cleaners went above and beyond to help fix our tv remote. We are very pleased with the experience and will stay there again. Plenty of parking, and the hotel is surrounded by beautiful trees. We loved it had had a comfortable, quiet, clean and restful stay.

The bathroom curtain in our room was way too short to keep the water from flooding the floor. This is the first LA QUINTA where this has happened. We always look for and chose to stay in La Quinta, anywhere we travel in the USA. Much better option than "Discomfort Inn". Please install a curtain that is long enough to prevent the water from going everywhere. Other than that, all was great, comfy, quiet and lovely

The nice lady that checked us in was absolutely amazing! She worked the front desk every evening / night that we were there and she was so pleasant during every interaction. The housekeepers were super sweet and very helpful! Breakfast was delicious! Scrambled eggs were a little watery but everything else was perfect. Super bummed I slept in on our last day so I wasn't able to enjoy breakfast. I wish the breakfast would go a half hour to an hour longer. They close it up with lots of leftovers that end up in the trash so that's unfortunate, but all in all it was a fabulous experience. Im never disappointed by la quintas!

The overall cleanliness of the room and facilities were great. There was a few minor things missed. like some old female catheter tips under the vanity in the back corner of bathroom 😮 We also found some random odds and ends like chapstick under the edges of the beds, But those are hard to reach easy to miss locations so I let it pass. We are all human.

there seems to be a lot of questionable people there there seems like there are people living there not as classy as it use to be. Also one night my grandkids were visiting and at 830pm we got a call they were to loud which isn’t even late call but that morning my neighbors dog was barking at 6-7am very screwed up. I didn’t feel as safe as I use too there.

Friendly staff. Awesome breakfast. Kids had fun in the pool. Made it to where our family had joining rooms.

Nothing. When we opened the joining room door's there was dog food or something like it between them, but they prob don't open the doors if they are shut and locked when they clean. We kept doors open so they see it. We didn't have an animal with us.

The complex is excellent as was the breakfast, room and staff. Used this as our final night before flying home from Seatac.

If pets are allowed then the owners should not be allowed to leave them in rooms alone. We had to move rooms due to a dog sounding distressed, even the desk operative could hear the dog and the owners appeared to be uncontactable. The young lady on the desk was excellent in understanding what was going on and is a credit to La Quinta.

Front desk staff were awesome! Breakfast was really good and time for breakfast meal was awesome.

Please spend some money and buy NEW PILLOWS! They were old and lumpy!! Ants in pool area by hot tub and I pulled nightstand out to plug in my bi-pap machine, there was built up dust, dirt and grime.

Location was good. breakfast was good. my hotel smelled like a smoker room instead of non-smoking. my carpet was not vacuumed well. bed was comfortable. Staff morning and afternoon shifts aren’t friendly. I had to say greetings since my stay.

Breakfast was sufficient. Waffles, muffins, bagels or toast. Yogurt and hash browns also available. Coffee was great! Bed was comfortable. The room could use some updates, but was okay and comfortable.

Watery eggs and sausage was fair. Not much variety over a 6 day time period. It would be good to place people with pets away from those that do not have pets, as on 2 separate nights we were woken up by dogs barking. We are animal lovers, but sleep should be respected.

Staff is helpful.

Closet door dropped out of the groove. Key fails repeated to the unit door, but works every time at the swimming pool door. The unit door lock needs to be fixed. The vent in the bathroom sounds like a siren. There is no space between the chair and the bed. Once sitting down, the other person could not pass through.
