Quality Inn & Suites Lacey I-5

The staff were caring and friendly, I liked that I could easily control the heat in the room and that parking and breakfast and wifi were included in the price and the machine to make coffee in the room was simple to use. There were various restaurants within walking distance.

It was difficult to spot from the road, so it would have been nice to have had clear directions on booking (eg turn left on College Street after coming from I-5) rather than a picture that did not have all the names of the streets. Also on booking it would not accept any Canadian Credit card to pay in advance, I was obliged to pay later. I am not sure if that is an issue with the hotel or with booking.com. The eggs at breakfast were cold and I suspect powdered, and apparently there is no control over who eats breakfast there as a staff member came later and evicted a street person who had come in to help himself. So I got the impression it was not a nice area for me to be alone in.

This was a convenient location, with clean quiet rooms. We received a call after we checked out from the hotel to see what we wanted to do about an item we had forgotten. We were not too far away so we returned to pick it up and were pleased to find it waiting for us along with a little snack offered as well. This is what I call customer service!

We were pleased with every aspect of service, comfort and value at this hotel.

I loved the breakfast. The waffles are exceptional and the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs were a surprise. I don’t usually get that with these free breakfasts! The spacious table in my room was nice because I brought my desktop computer into the room.

I was satisfied. I got what I expected

The front desk staff and housekeeper were outstanding. They were very kind and helpful and did their best to help make our stay very comfortable. The breakfast was good…eggs, sausage, waffle machine waffles, yogurt, fruit, bagels and the best for last COSTCO muffins!!

The only downside to staying here was the morning traffic noise.

The staff are very friendly, the halls, lobby and rooms are very clean. The sheets, blankets and bedspread are much nicer quality than I have experienced in a hotel room. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay stay here again!

There was nothing that I did not like about my experience.

The room was comfortable and clean. The jet tub was very nice relaxing after having our wedding and reception. Put a heart made from New York peppermint patties and write a sign congrats! That's was very thoughtful. The breakfast was amazing and lots of choices.

Staff was friendly & competent. I was just coming up for an evening event, & had everything I needed for that.

Timed switches on some of the lighting in the room seemed a little like hitting a campground, instead of a motel. Made me wonder what circumstances led to that...I guess with a slim profit margin, they save where they can...

This property exceeded our expectations. It was quiet, comfortable and had a very good breakfast selection.

No negatives about this property

It was clean, didn't see shady people hanging around or people in and out all night. Had a fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and blow dryer. Bed was comfy and pillows were perfect. Air conditioner was quite.

Didn't realize the window was open a couple of inches so we heard all the noise from people in denny's parking lot and traffic on Marvin rd

Very clean and close to a variety of restaurants and close access to the freeway.

Squeaky floor in hallway outside my room,, sounded like someone trying to get in every time someone walked by.
