LOVE that you provide an all casino NO SMOKING. The staff was amazing! constantly wiping down the machines and pushing in chairs etc. In the eatery end the staff did the same excellent cleaning. Everyone was friendly and the customer service was wonderful.

Sadley our beds were VERY uncomfortable very hard!! We also had problems cashing in our tickets for cash, many of the machines were not working. Also thought the price of our room was a bit expensive. Booking was also a challenge. When I called to book, I was put on hold. When the person came back it was a booking agent not the direct person at the casino. It all worked out but I preferer to speak to the front desk.

New food options are great. Good atmosphere and friendly staff.

Couple of the EV chargers were defunct but there were 4 so there was an option to charge most the time. I’d have an electrician spot the broken ones. I’d also probably do something to help confused ICE owners from parking in them. The spots are painted nicely, so most likely it’s a IQ issue. You might not be able to fix that outside a security check/announcement.

We have stayed here many times over the years even though we live 30 mins away. Rooms are nice and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are great. Good restaurants.

I don’t love that I can’t book a room without paying the full price of the room at booking. And the $100 hold is the highest I have seen at any casino we stay at. Most of them charge between $25 and $50.

The staff was amazingly awesome. The food was great. They even allow dogs, and the room was big enough to have the kennel setup and still walk around. The beds were comfortable as well. Can't wait to go back.

Only has one roulette table, and it needs some slot games with group play/bonus games, maybe double up on the coffee packs in the room. Otherwise, it was fantastic.

Beautiful art and architecture, spotless, staff everywhere to help, excellent quiet room with lovely beds. Several restaurants to choose from. The hotel is off the beaten path and very quiet. We heard no casino racket. It was a Tuesday night and there were no crowds which we found refreshing...

The hotel is the nicest place to stay close to Shelton, by a long shot. The suite was roomy, pillows & mattress comfortable, a/c quiet. I got a good night’s sleep despite being a little frazzled from a long drive. Price was comparable to, say, the Red Lion in Olympia.

I searched all the outlets but couldn’t find a single USB charger? Just seemed strange. Each lamp had one outlet but if they worked, it must have only been when the lamp was on? At this price point you kind of expect everything up to date.

Had requested a 2nd floor room.. Very pleased to say my request was filled. The room was large...bed comfy...water hot.

Carpet in room is downright " FILTHY " looking... huge stains on ugly worn carpet.Also stains outside room door? The small refrigerator did work...however...no "freezer" section or temp control knob (visibly broken)...rooms in that "tower" need to start getting a bit more TLC

Front desk staff was very helpful with providing me the Number to call booking.com to make an update to the reservation. The restaurant had the best Seafood soup i've ever had. Hot tub jets were particularly strong; almost like a free massage.

Hot tub was out of order for a day of the stay and it wasn't warm enough. Carpet needs replacing in the hallways.

This was a touch of luxury on a long journey. We didnt use the casino but the hotel room was excellent. Location for visiting the Olympic National Park, Seattle and Mt Rainier is excellent too.

Nothing to dislike really.

Room was typical stay at a newer casino which is top notch. Check in quick, room clean and quiet, checkout a breeze. Excellent dinner and breakfast was economical. Room was particularly attractive because of my genius level 3 through Booking.com .
