We loved the view. The fresh greens grown on the property were a big plus in the restaurant. Maintenance man and housekeepers came when needed and efficiently and pleasantly did their jobs. Front desk staffers were helpful, very friendly and always smiling. The bed was very comfortable. And, the fireplace was a great touch on a cool evening.

The rooms need to be refreshed — cracks in plaster; upholstered headboard was full of dust and badly needed to be cleaned; jets and suction in the jacuzzi need to be cleaned carefully; sofa bed is uncomfortable as a sofa — the cushions sink. With a good cleaning and freshening, our room would have rated an excellent. The bed, views, privacy and quiet score very high.

OMGOSH! The brunch was great. Truly farm to table as we were able to tour the gardens that we were going to be eating from. It's in a beautiful location and such a unique use of an old industrial plant. We both loved that it was a mix of old and new and a bit eclectic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was lovely. Bed was very comfortable and our room was of a pretty darn good size. This keeps prompting me to tell a little more and I could keep going just singing their praises. We live in state and we like to visit different locations for extended weekend getaways and this was one of the best ones we've had. If you ever get the chance to visit the Old Alcohol Plant and stay there, listen to your inner self and just do it.

The Wi-Fi could have been a bit more consistent, actually, a lot more consistent LOL. But if that's the only thing I can find to complain about, I think I'm good to go. Who needs wi-fi anyway when you want to relax and have a good time.

The hotel was unique and charming with an interesting history. The surrounding area was beautiful and the hotel restaurant was terrific. The grounds had a sustainable little garden with herbs, produce, and edible flowers used by the restaurant (extra produce went to a little farm stand on the premises). The staff were very kind, knowledgeable about the facilities and the surrounding area.

At the time of our visit, there were large flies that occasionally made their way into the suite. Fortunately, they were slow and easy to catch/release.

There was no breakfast. The view was great. Staff very helpful

Room was right over fans and was very noisy until I told staff who had the fans turned off. There were stairs up to the bed area and my partner is slightly disabled. We didn’t know about the layout in advance. We were right on the water but the dock was off limits to guests.

The property is eclectic and charming, and the historical info provided added to this. The staff was very efficient, friendly, and helpful. Room was spacious, loved the suite with desk, sofa and fireplace. Enjoyed balcony and superb view. Gardens were lovely. Very convenient to many places, yet felt like a secluded sanctuary. Everything was noticeably clean and well- maintained. Could have stayed a month - except for the $$.

It was lovely having a breakfast basket delivered, but it might have been improved by having a few choices in contents as I could not eat at least half of the offerings. I could hear the fan noise from the kitchen ductwork, but only during the afternoon and early evening.

everything was beautiful super cool and very luxurious I loved it for the most part!

the spa tub had hot water for the first 4 inches but turned ice cold, the shower was in a inconvenient spot and the shower nozzle was not attached all the way, the bathroom lights were out :/ other than that pretty decent

The history of the building was fun, and character of the room was great.

The restaurant and bar closed way too early for a Saturday night. The restaurant closed at 8pm and the bar closed at 9pm. The food was good, but it would have been nice to at least hang out in the bar for a while. There are no other restaurants or bars in waking distance. Uber and Lyft don't work in the area.

Beautiful grounds, located near the water. Nice rooms. Ours had a balcony with seating.

We had to replace the new large pillows that management had just purchased for some of the rooms. They were VERY thick and "spongy". We had to replace them in the morning for softer, conventional pillows. Breakfast wasn't an option as the restaurant is open in the evenings.

Wonderful view! Fabulous vintage ambiance! Hadlock location was pretty, quiet, with the feeling of being away from crowds of tourists yet close enough to Port Townsend to enjoy all the amenities of that destination as well!

Nothing!

The facilities are very quaint with old charm. Property has a very lovely garden where fruits and veg are grown to serve in the restaurant. Flowers are stunning. Views are spectacular of the bay at all times. We had a King room with a balcony and it was huge! Very spacious - bed is up on a platform along with the jetted tub, both overlooking the lower living area with fireplace and windows to balcony. Tons of counter space in the bathroom, fridge and coffee maker in the room. Very quiet - we couldn’t hear any neighbors, and we left windows open all night to get the breeze. Even in the morning things were very quiet and soothing. Restaurant on site is delicious - great staff!

Very minor - water pressure in the shower is extremely low. Could be the historic building. Also, only one sink but definitely room for two.
