Our room (and the hotel in general) was very clean and the king bed was super comfortable. The temperature and wifi were also great. The breakfast was excellent with hot egg omelets and sausage. Lots of other good choices such as hot oatmeal and numerous cold choices. Everything was kept tidy. All of the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. There is a Starbuck's across a busy road and a Carl's Jr. across the parking lot at the truck stop. Surprisingly, the truck stop was not a noise issue. Although we were at Terra Blanca Vineyard for a wedding, the location is very good for wine country.

The AC unit was rather noisy, especially noticeable at night. But, at least it was cool!

Jackie made sure I had a room with a beautiful view. It had a nice workout/fitness center(although I hope they add a multi-station machine) a nice pool and a great outdoor space. The room was very comfortable and updated and modern(I did find a couple wads of hair in the bathroom(no biggie)

Can’t really say there was anything I did not like. Even the breakfast was decent. I mean it’s still “commercial heat n serve” not fresh scrambled eggs etc but was good.

The location is perfect, but a little hard to find the entry. Hotel was beautiful in and out. Great breakfast. Will stay again

I came over from Snohomish, and because the Hiway 2 was closed due to fires, I left 2 hours early. There was almost no traffic so when I arrived, it was only 11:30 and asked them to just call when the room was ready, and she verified my phone number. I had a funeral at 2:00 and needed to change. She said not a problem and never called me at all that day. So, I changed clothes in the car and went to the funeral. I just would have liked a call even if it was at 3:30. Would have changed and gone to the reception.

Staff is always friendly and the facility is clean as far as hotels go.

The fire pit area is something we love to enjoy but this trip weren't able to as the gal at front desk said it's not opn after 10pm. That was frustrating as I am pretty sure I have enjoyed it later than that on previous stays. I just think it should be more like 11pm or 12 am as when we travel we are busy by day, but it's nice to have a good slowdown spot at the hotel at night.

The hotel was clean, organised, & in a convenient location - not so close to the interstate or truckstops that you can hear them when inside - with an efficient, welcoming & friendly staff. The reception desk had advice on things to do & see in town. The view of the low-lying golden hills above Prosser is a plus at sunset & at dawn. There's a great, seated & covered BBQ area out back, with a view, for an evening glass of wine or a breath of fresh air. The beds are very comfortable with pillow choices, the windows & walls mute outdoor noises & that of other shuffling guests. The screen & shade keep 99% of any unwanted outdoor light at bay. The breakfast offers an ample array of the usual breakfast suspects, with a fine selection to choice from, including fruit & tea.

I'd have to dig deep to think of anything about the staff or facilities to whinge about. It was wonderful overall. Ok, the loud, cackling mob of four ladies spewing casual profanity & the scent of cigarette in the outdoor area, as they played a charades-like game one evening. Certainly not any fault of the hotel, just the insensitive characteristic of some folk when they imbibe. I'm not easily disturbed, but this four clearly had had enough. Go to bed ladies.

Very clean, spacious room and tasteful, pleasant, airy and light decor. Very good breakfast for a chain motel. Staff helpful and pleasant.

No view at all from the large window in the room. Property was near the freeway and a shopping center altho well insulated and far enough away that freeway noise was not a problem.

Wow! Great place. Staff was warm, upbeat and fun to work with. The room was big, bright, very clean and well maintained. For a hotel “free breakfast,“ this was really quite amazing in terms of quality. Warm options were a bit limited (to be expected) but the quality of each item was exceptional. Everything tasted like real food. Even the biscuits, which are usually less than palatable, tasted just like someone with baking skills just made them. Impressive! Thanks for all your effort.

That we could only stay one day.

When checking in, they went all out to get us into our room faster. Very enjoyable stay

One afternoon, I told the front desk that my brother slipped in the tub. She didn't act concerned or ask if my brother was ok.

The room and the entire hotel was clean, new, bright and very nice. The view of the foothills was also very attractive. The breakfast was a great bonus to start our day out.

The position of our room was close to the truck stop, so we could hear the trucks running all night.

The breakfast was delicious but I wish it would go on until 10. The location was perfect (right next to some wineries). The shuttle to the wineries 10/10 service! All the staff I encountered was very friendly.

Breakfast ending so early on a holiday weekend.
