The property is in a good location and there are lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. There’s lots of parking in the back with several separate entrances. The bed was really comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Good value for the price.

The hotel is getting older. I was a little worried when we first pulled in but the rooms are nice and clean. Everything worked well in our room and there were no bugs. The hotel is large and there were a lot of people by the pool during the day. I was worried that it the partying would go into the night but it didn’t.

Breakfast was good, but since I stayed for two weeks, a little variety would have been welcome.

During most of the days the water in shower stayed warm enough for about 15 seconds. Then you needed to press the switch down, so that the water went directly to the bath. After pulling the switch up again, it was warm again for another 15 seconds. It was not only in my room, as some of our group described the same thing. One day I showered after 11 pm and then it was OK. Also, the air conditioner/heater was quite noisy, but you could not switch it off really, because the heating was needed in the beginning of March. And the drinks froze in the fridge, no matter how I tried to regulate it. Other than that, everything was OK.

Room was roomy nice & comfortable. Breakfast is always nice.

Internet was down when we arrived after an 8 hour drive. Staff was completely rude and told me to sit down or go have a drink in the bar..2 staff members both abandoned the front desk for 30 mins. When 1 returned, I asked if I needed to go find another place to stay, and she said no, they were getting a list of who could check in. Never asked my name, never asked if I had a confirmation or if I had already paid. Poor communication and poor training. Then I got a room that was like clear at the other end of the building with no other access. Disappointed in how the Check in was handled. Need some extra training on empathy and contingency plan for internet outages.

Staff was accommodating for extensions (including keeping the same room). Breakfast was good, though I only ate eggs and sausage every time. Room service was courteous and polite. Good centralized location.

Room fridge randomly froze my drinks and food, making me wait to thaw them before consumption. Wifi could be inconsistent every so often. Ability to solve unique booking situations varied by receptionist.

This is an older motel, but it was clean and comfortable. I was kind of surprised that there was no chair in the room. The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable. When I stayed, it was very foggy and cold, but the heating system worked exceptionally well. I had to keep turning it down, it worked so great. I don't like being cold. I was surprised that the Nomad restaurant in the motel was closed on Saturday and Sunday. All in all it is a very nice place to stay. I have no complaints about this motel.

That the restaurant was closed on Saturday. Seemed odd, since that is one of the most stayed in nights, I would think.

Some of the staff were great and kind

The bartender was not welcoming nor friendly. I am a 63 year old retiree and she did not respect me. I elevated my concerns to management but they wouldn't really hear my concerns (which were very minimal I might add)...I managed to stay there for one month but I just didn't feel welcomed (I'm a Black male I might add)

1. bad signage outside, missed the turn in, and there is not a sign on the building itself. just a sign saying Nomad (restaurant) 2. checkin was a little funky. 2 clerks at desk, one left and the other said to wait for her. I waited 10 minutes. She came back, another couple came to check in and she took them instead. Then the first clerk who’d been there all the time, looked up, and checked me in. weird.

I like the location of it

I don’t like how I stay there one time and pay a $50 deposit. I stay there another weekend and pay $100 deposit. I stay there another weekend and pay no deposit then I have to wait a few weeks to get my deposit back. If I’m booking through you guys booking.com and I have numerous times why is it? I’m having to pay such a large deposit one week no deposit another week and someone I think I’ve proven myself both with Booking.com and that location I’m not going to damage anything.

The price was very very reasonable - and included breakfast! Love that the fitness room is open 24/7. The pool is always nice. Oh! And we had breakfast this trip. It was really good!

The toilet ran the whole time. Needs a new flapper or something. Couldn't open one of the windows because it didn't have a screen. But bed was very comfortable.

nice pool, nice breakfast that was free with genius booking, pleasant staffers. Decent coffee available for free in the lobby.The workout room was acceptable for our purposes, although it was stifling because the air conditioning didn’t work in there.

Dated layout, long cavelike dark halls. Asked for cleaning one of the days, both from maid at the door and later at front desk, but it never happened that day. That would’ve been fine if they had given us extra towels at the beginning, but they hadn’t. Only one bar of soap for the sink and the shower. Crappy undrinkable coffee in the in room service; they have lots of company in that regard at other hotels, though (Here’s looking at you, Marriott!).
