common areas were nice, staff were nice and helpful, location was good, parking was good, bed was comfortable.

could have been cleaner stain on couch in room, corners of baseboards were dirty throughout the room and bathroom, outdoor garbages were overflowing and debris was blowing away from wind. the curtains were dirty and the patio door was dirty as well as the screen had a big hole in it and barely opened as it was bent and worn.

Everything was clean and nice. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean, comfy and quiet. The breakfast was amazing!

Our room was right by the laundry area, and there was an overpowering chemical smell in the hallway from that sometimes, but as soon as we got into our room, it wasn’t noticeable.

I thought I was getting a king bed but got a queen. Also shower wasn't a walk in for disability like ourselves.

The pool and breakfast were exceptional. The setup for the suite was lovely. I wasn't expecting the jacuzzi style tub in the bathroom.

The Key card reader for room 328 needs to be fixed. It always took multiple attempts to unlock. The repair people tried to make it better, but we're unable to improve it. Otherwise the room was perfect.

Breakfast was great, they even had a prepackaged gluten free muffin which is awesome as I cant have gluten. The spa and pool were lovely, and was available for me to use at like 11 pm. Woohoo. I got an upgrade upon arrival and my room was way bigger than expected. Would definately stay there again if I needed to be in the area.

The a/c kept kicking on and off and made a funny noise every time it did. All night long. I woupd have addressed it if I wasnt staying longer than a night.

The owner/manager didn’t wear a mask and they are clearly anti-mask and anti-Governor. As a nurse, I support keeping our community members safe. I understand it’s annoying to wear a mask - I wear them for 12 hour shifts. Clearly the establishment is not a fan of Jay Inslee and that’s fine. Just wish we could follow public health guidelines without making it a political issue.

The breakfast had fantastic options. The pool and hot tub was a great temperature. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom had good toiletry options.

Had to wait to be checked in. There was a sign saying they'd be back, understandable with lack of help and lots of businesses hiring.

We were so happy with how large our room was and the couch and extra tv plus the large bathroom. The 24 hour pool and hot tub was great and the breakfast the next morning was awesome. Our grandson loved the pancake machine and I was so happy that even with covid stuff that there was still a large hot big breakfast. We will definitely stay here again

The room did NOT look like the photos online. The room was pretty outdated for the price and did not reflect what I saw online.

Loved the pillows, what brand are they? I loved that I was able to get a room on the bottom floor and drive my car up to it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed comfy, breakfast delicious 😋

Main reason we chose your Hotel was for the pool, it was so ridiculously hot like a sauna we were unable to enjoy it. Absolutely beautiful setting, the sky light windows, spacious, and lots of clean warm towels, but the air breathing could of been more refreshing. I don't understand why indoor pools seem to be this way when germs grow in warm places. Another, though the breakfast was delicious and loved the verity, it wasn't hot, or a microwave to warm it up, but thank you for the gloves at hand. Would of also liked room service available or some local easy access Restaurant's in the area to been available to us as well as delivery joints.
