The hotel is in a great location at South Union Lake. There is a wonderful seafood restaurant right across the street (Duke's). It's an easy 5 minute walk to the South Lake street car station, which takes you downtown Seattle. Use the TransitGo app to by an all day pass for $4.50. The gym is also very nice and I had some good workouts there. Staff is very helpful and cheery. The room was big and the bed very comfortable.

Small plastic bottles for shampoo and conditioner and small bars of soap. I prefer, if hotels use refillable bottles for this. At least they had a soap dish, which other hotels didn't. I am also not very fond of having to pay $30/day for parking.

Appreciate manager Melissa and all her help as we were in Seattle for my son's New Cancer Diagnosis and she went out of her way to get us the nicest room to make my son's stay as good as it could be. It was the nicest room with a wonderful view and so quiet. She also worked up a special price for us if we need to stay for 6 weeks of Radiation treatments. I appreciate all the staffs good nature and excellent customer service, and Melissa especially went out of her way to make us feel welcome and cared for. Breakfast is amazing, lots of great choices and very friendly helpful staff!!

The only complaint is that we could not find a guide for the television, to know what channels are playing what, we are from MT and have satellite television, so do not know what or how to use cable t.v. This is a minor complaint, but it would be nice to either have a paper guide to daily scheduling, a place to find the daily guide on computer, or if you were able to have a guide on the television as a choice

I chose this hotel mainly for the low parking rates, but I was impressed with the whole experience. First of all, the size of the room was fantastic and included a mini fridge (always important for a multi-day stay). Every employee that I encountered was extremely sweet and helpful. The surrounding area felt safe and walkable, even though it was an "industrial" area. There was a nice seafood restaurant across the street (Duke's) and a cute deli/convenience store (Eastlake Specialty Market) a few blocks away. The gym was better than most hotel gyms that I've used as well (larger, more machines, etc).

There were ants in the bar area. The walls were pretty thin and I could hear conversations clearly when people talked in the hallway or by the nearby elevator. Half of the hotel (including my room) is directly adjacent to I-5, so traffic noise was pretty much a constant hum. The hotel is at the bottom of the hill and the freeway is at the top, so the noise is not that bad, but I'm sure it would bother some people.

The room was comfortable and housekeeping did a great job each day. Location was away from the main tourist attractions (space needle, science centre etc.) which was nice as traffic was easier to get in and out of hotel. Two places to eat directly across the road was great.

We didn't like the fact that the TV channel listing provided did not actually match up to the channels on the tv. There was no actual show listing that we could find so had to click through 74 channels to see what was on, and then go back to what we wanted, thus wasting 10 minutes into the show.

Great location near Lake Union and close to downtown/Seattle center. Simple but comfortable, good-sized room. Rooms were quiet. Breakfast included an assortment of eggs, meat, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit. Somewhat crowded but conveniently onsite parking facility.

No complaints about the property or staff but the price was a bit high for the level of service. I don't love the post-pandemic trend toward minimal housekeeping even at mid- and some high-level properties. Replacing towels, coffee supplies, etc. becomes a problem after a day or two.

The room is clean and we were able to check in an hour early. There was available parking and easily accessible too. The hotel is near waterfront so we got to enjoy the walk. There are also some restaurants in front of the hotel. We have 2 queen size bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and easy to set up. I liked that they have provided linens to cover the sofa bed.

The pillows were so small, no available bedroom slippers. I didn't see any coffee machine in the room not kettle. The quality of breakfast can be improved. Only one elevator was working so it took so long to go up and down.

It was a nice location, room was comfortable and clean, staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. It was fairly quiet. The room was a good size. I appreciated the flexibility with the front desk when my flight was delayed and I got in very late.

The parking garage was quite tight and a little difficult to get in and out of; this was disappointing when I was paying extra to be able to park there. The lighting in the room was not very good. The elevator seemed old and slow. I didn't like that the bathroom door opened in toward the toilet--it made it somewhat inconvenient.

Great room for family - the foldout couch bed was perfect for the kids, separated by the pocket door so they could get a good sleep too. Great bathroom products (Aveda). The lighted makeup mirror was a nice surprise - so many hotels you can't even see your face in the dark bathrooms :) Spacious room, very clean and comfy. The breakfast was super good too!

Not super close to a lot of things, so we drove each day but that is fine and was expected! The value for price and everything was worth it. There is also transit outside the hotel.

Stayed for 2 nights. Great location with beautiful view of the lake- a little out of the main area but we were happy with the walk or it has great access to public transport - this does mean its much more peaceful than being right in the centre fantastic room- we were upgraded and it was huge, handy having a fridge. if we had stayed longer having access to washing machine and dryer on the same floor was a great idea

air con was very noisy and difficult to set breakfast was ok - very busy with limited tables although you could use sofas but these arent great for eating on- loved the waffle maker

The breakfast was good and had multiple choices. The room was clean and had good toiletries. Bed was comfortable and the views were probably the best thing about this place. My room was also upgraded with no charge so that made it feel like a unique experience.

I really was not impressed with the 30$ hotel parking. I believe that parking should be free with up to one car per room or something like that. It was also not something that I could know about until I already paid for the hotel room. I have never been to a hotel where you had to pay for parking.
