Having the breakfast included made it easier with our 5 year old. Lots of variety to choose from definitely easiest this mom’s planning load.
On booking.com it says shuttle service is provided they do have an option but it was pricey. I found out once we landed that the shuttle to the hotel was $70 we had to figure out how to get to the hotel and lost about 4 hours of time we planned to sightsee. By the time we did most places were closing up it was a rough start to our vacation. I mentioned it to the front desk and he said they knew it was listed on the 3rd parties website but it hadn’t been corrected. We also at that point asked about the shuttle the the cruise pier, which was listed as an extra charge, but it was $19 per person so for 3 of us it would be $57 we got an Uber for $14 for the 3 of us. I think the hotel could make some money off this since most were cruisers and I would have been more trusting to go with my hotel.

Great location 2 blocks from the Space Needle and Monorail. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Room was nice and modern with a fireplace and a balcony. Grocery store across the street. You can walk to the Needle and take the monorail to downtown and walk to the Market area.
No furniture on balcony, but what we had anticipated as a view of the Space Needle was a 'turn your head to the left and lean out and you can see the Needle' lol. Ask for a high floor you'll get a better view. Low toilet but they brought us a height extender which was very helpful. We had to walk a ways to get to the lobby, due to the U shape of the hotel

Staff was great upon arrival & fast check in. Liked that there was snacks available to purchase if needed and breakfast was good, it is nice to have it as an option when staying at a hotel.
It was quite hot in the hallways of the hotel. The luggage carts have big wheels that have big bolts on the outside and they get stuck on the corners of walls when you try and steer it. Also their wheels would get stuck in the gap where the elevator doors would go open and closed (on the ground) which made for a disaster departure for us with our gear and trying to get it back down to our vehicle with a 2 month old baby. The wheels got stuck and all of our luggage fell off the cart once we finally got it over the gap and into the elevator. Luckily a maintenance staff member was on his way up with a ladder and helped us get the cart off the elevator so it didn’t get stuck again.

I'm borderline germphobic. I used the restroom in the lobby and it was spotless and smelled wonderful. I travel with my own cleaning supplies because I expect to find the rooms not up to par. Entering the room it looked cleaned but of course I went to work cleaning. I sprayed my clorex spray in the bathroom and followed up with my Clorox wipes. Nothing absolutely no dirt was picked up. I followed up the same in the bedding area absolutely no dirt picked up. I even cleaned the table tray, the phone, even the headboard nothing. I did call downstairs to asked who cleaned room 405. I was told Jamarra. Jamarra did an awesome job. She showed she takes pride in her work. I'm not easily to impress but I was throughly impressed. Please pass my gratitude on to Jamarra. Jamarra thank you

We had a room with two Queen-size beds this time. It was large, clean, and had a view into a tree top on a quiet side street. coffee making tray, microwave, safe and fridge, AC, toiletries were all available. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast provided everything one could wish for - from sweet to savory, plus fruit. Climate Pledge Arena is in walking distance, so are numerous nice eateries and grocery stores. There's a convenience shopette near the reception desk.
The AC was a bit loud but bearable. The icemaker on the floor was defect. It would be nice if there wasn't an additional parking rate for hotel guests.

The reception staff was putting so much love into placing us into a room that was to be quiet. The room was big, had a view, the AC was comparatively quiet, the bathroom was beautiful. Fridge/freezer compartment, microwave, and safe. The closet with suitcase rack hid behind a mirror. Toiletries galore in a beautiful bathroom. Great breakfast with all kinds of hot and cold options, sweet and savory, including fresh fruit. Parking garage was easily accessible and spacious. QVC and lots of inviting-looking gastronomy around. Easy walk to Seattle Center.
The mattress felt like a bouncy castle (one gets in, the other hops up). No idea how one can prevent an idiot from knocking on doors at 03:00 a.m. in the morning other than maybe using key cards for getting to specific levels - and then, that wouldn't even be a guarantee.

It was so centrally located and close to everything! My family could do the touristy stuff while I was in classes at SPU nearby. The continental breakfast was actually really good and I’m glad you had some great protein options. I am also VERY impressed by all the workers in all parts of the building…very welcoming and helpful!
One of the elevators broke down towards the end of our trip. Not a total bummer, but I know that there were a lot of people there that week for the All-Star events.

We reserved the suite for 5 of us and it worked out great! We also picked because breakfast was included, and it was good too.
At breakfast it got very crowded when you wanted to make waffles. There wasn't enough room for those in line for waffles. In our living room, we found a half used container of water beside the couch. I guess the room cleaners missed it when making up the room Also, it was difficult to use the air conditioners. We had to call twice on the first day to get help. The second time we stayed, we just opened all the windows.

Near main attractions and easy walk to the monorail that will take you downtown Seattle. Suite was nice and clean.
Service when checking in on the first day. No help from the reception even if they were provided with the information on a cancelation of a booking. Was rudely told I need to call Booking.com cause they cannot cancel the extra room. Booking.com called them to cancel that reservation but staff was yelling on the phone when answering that call. It was very unprofessional. It would be nice if the customer had support from reception it wasn't hard to cancel that extra room we had the confirmation papers. We felt rudely dismissed and we never had this kind of service before from a Hilton Hotel as we are long time Gold members and Hilton Grand Vacation Owners.

I thought the free breakfast in the morning was pretty good and I liked the coffee. I felt safe in the neighborhood and the parking was convenient. Our room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was relatively quiet and especially good for being right in the city. I liked that the room had a small refrigerator and microwave and a laundry room down the hall.
Nothing really comes to mind for improvement suggestions.
