Curley's Resort & Dive Center

They were very helpful with us at check in. One of the employees helped me when I was struggling with my baggage. They were kind and courteous as well. When we returned from our day out, they made sure we were supposed to be staying there. This was an important security measure that my family and I appreciated.

There wasn't really anything I did not like about our room or the property. The rooms were stuffy if the windows were closed, so we just kept them open.

Clean small suite for 2 people with full kitchen though I didn’t use it. Nice helpful staffs. Walking distance to a restaurant though it closes earlier. Seashore view. It’s in a remote area with limited services or stores. Most stores are closed before 6:30pm. Better to buy foods earlier then prepare dinner & breakfast with the kitchen of the hotel.

Insufficient parking. I had to park at the parking lot of another hotel cross the street. Luckily, the opposite hotel seems not care about the infringement.

Great location, easy to find, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and any request they were right there to address it.

When I booked I added moorage for my boat, and also message them for a spot through bookings.com. I received a massage confirmation to the additional request. I called them about 3 months out to make sure I had a spot. And they said I had to call to save a spot. They did get me a spot three out of the five days. Just make sure you call to save a spot on the dock.

We liked the opportunity to have a a room set up for 3 people, 1 queen and 1 twin and because it was a little larger than the other rooms. The beds were comfortable. Having a room at the front end on the 2nd floor of the motel was a plus so we could see across the harbor. The front balcony was right around the corner from the room so we enjoyed sitting there to watch the fishing activity in the small town. If you are there when it's not fishing season there is absolutely no activity in town. You can walk the entire 1-block town in 10 minutes. There is one small restaurant. The motel has a small convenience store which carries a wide range of small-packaged items, including beer and wine. There is also a small store at the motel across the street.

Keep in mind this is an older motel, which is exactly what we expected when we booked it. We did not cook on the small electric range, but having a kitchen sink was helpful as well as the dish soap and paper towels provided. It would have been nice to have a small table and chairs. We noticed that the other 2nd floor room at the front had a table, but it might not have been set up for 3 people, like ours was. The bathroom was tiny. The price of the room was just about equal to the price of the Red Lion in Port Angeles, but we liked that the town was off-the-beaten path and it only seemed like those fishing and RV's knew about it.

Great location, great staff, awesome little store. There is parking but getting back fairly late we had to park across the street because the lot was full. Decent room with a small bathroom and kitchenette.

The only thing I would recommend is slightly large window treatments that cover the entire window. We ended up putting towels on both ends of the curtain rod because you could see into the room from the porch when walking by.

It’s a work in progress however it’s under new ownership and it’s the beginning of fishing season. As a fisherman I don’t expect or want to stay in a 5 star hotel... but a room with multiple twin beds, a stove, fridge and sink. Pretty comfortable for a group of friends going fishing. The staff is very friendly and I can tell they are trying the best they can to help everyone. One thing I will note for those looking to bring a boat and go fishing. If you the boat docks are full, they do have a locked and secured lot just up the road you can use so you don’t have to empty your boat of valuables.

easy check in, little store on property, we got a separated room with a little kitchen and it was a good size. the heater works great so we were so comfortable. If you like bald eagles… they have a tree behind the property that makes you think you’re in a National Geographic tv show! this little town is AWESOME!!

Good location for visiting parts of Olympic National Park. Also right by the ocean and fishing. We could see many Bald Eagles right from the property. Friendly staff. On site mini-store with lots of basics (and yummy ice cream).

In the room there was nowhere to sit & eat (no table or chairs so we had to eat while sitting on the beds). There was a place to sit & eat outside in shared space though.

it was conveniently located in town, and our room had a view of the moorage and fishing activities across the road; saw bald eagles and a seal from the room. The room was clean, warm, and well-equipped.

The exterior of the building could use some maintenance.

It was very clean and came with a convenient kitchenette. We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and locals and the convenience to Olympic National Park.

It was a bit dated, but homey and welcoming.
