The beds were VERY comfortable, which is the most important thing to me. The location was convenient, with a good restaurant across the street, a gas station next door and across the way, and Safeway less than 5 minutes away. Most of the staff were kind and helpful, and (apart from the floors and the door) the rooms were clean. The AC was great. There was also a very decently sized fridge in the room.

The WiFi was almost comically slow. Like, it could not load gifs, let alone videos. Pictures were a stretch. Fine for messenger/WhatsApp/email etc, but that's about it. And a few minor things: The air in the room was very dry, the floors could have used a good mopping, and sound from the next room carried a lot through the bathroom vent (like, we could hear every word our neighbours said when we were in the bathroom.) So I'd recommend leaving the bathroom door closed.

The breakfast was awesome. A lot of variety to chose from. Kept clean and stocked. A bit hectic when lots of people there all at once to eat. Room was clean and smelled good. It was across the street from Irish pub O Donnells and great food although the walk was a bit tricky with all the traffic. The bed was pretty comfortable also. Staff very helpful and nice! Overall a nice place to sleep!

We could here the family next door talking pretty late and banging sounds. Toilet seat was loose which made it so we had to sit gently or slide to Timbuktu. Lol -unable to tighten it. We anticipated a freezer in the fridge for our cooler cold pack but is only a fridge. Pillows could definitely be more flat. Lol

The staff were lovely. Very appreciative for their time and service. Check-in was very easy, check out was even easier. Breakfast was well kept,

Overall, it was a really pleasant stay. These didn't make a dent in our stay at all but the breakfast area is a little cramped considering that the corridor where waffles and toast are is also the same corridor going in and out of the dining area. Lots of traffic, so you might need to maneuver carefully with a plate of food if its a busy breakfast.

The property was very clean and in good shape. The staff was exceptional. Extremely helpful, extremely friendly and accommodating.

There were minor inconveniences. One of the two air conditioning units in the room didn’t work.   They were out of juice at the breakfast (which seems like something that could’ve been picked up from a local store) they were updating the Wi-Fi and none of the routers work. To get any Wi-Fi connection we had to go down to the business center.

Breakfast was well above expectations and staff was extremely helpful and ready to answer any questions. My only criticism comes from there not being two chairs in the room. "Unwieldy" for a couple to enjoy but the staff brought us another office chair immediately when I made my request known to the front desk! All in all, Quality Inn Everett is "The Place I stay" when my wife and I and Emma, our dog, come to the Seattle area to visit family!

Good place just off I-5 to spend a night when in transit. Staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, had a fridge and a microwave. Well maintained facility and grounds as well. Except for their small gym, where none of the machines seemed to be in a at least somewhat working condition. They offered some breakfast items in the lobby and an adjacent but tiny breakfast room, but we skipped except for some coffee and rather hit the road.

Excellent location across from a delicious restaurant and down the road from a guick hiking trail/park. Only stayed a night, but would definitely stay longer. The mire expensive hotels in other cuties have been incredibly disappointing. To the point where we left and stayed someplace else. Seriously, this place was a great deal.

Two sets off washer/dryer units for the hotel, but one washer was out of order, so only inconvenience.

The bed was very comfortable, the blackout curtains and AC helped make the room a joy to sleep in. The breakfast both days was filling and provided a good start to the day.

The only thing was the entrance to the inn. Coming from the freeway you have to make a U Turn. But that is out of your control. The last thing was the toilet was almost too low to the ground, however I think that was for access for people with disabilities.

The staff was wonderful! I was struggling with bank fraud. My children to come and rescue me. All staff were wonderful!! Summer helped me navigate the high-tech washer and dryer that didn't use cash or coins and was beyond my technical abilities! I was able to close my scammed account and open one with another bank that gave ne a temporary debit card. The staff did everything they could to reduce my stress in this situation.

I like that breakfast was included in the price and not taken off due to COVID-19. The selection was normal except for this wonderful rolled potato' meat n cheese thing. It was good especially with hot sauce. I like that even at 10 minutes to closing it down the staff put out more food. The location was great. Close to our event and to the freeway in both directions. Google even gave us a back roads way and it was easy to find. They accept animals and don't charge for service dogs.

There was hair already in the tub.we got 4 hand towels and no washcloths. When I called the front desk he said they were all the same to him and housekeeping was gone for the day. He did offer to bring some up to us. Funny thing is though he brought more hand towels. Lol. The breakfast area is cramped but spread out if that makes sense. The hot stuff is in a small space. Around the corner are utensils then a cold area then coffee is around another corner. It's almost as if having serving breakfast was an add on idea after the place was built.
