Best Western PLUS Walla Walla Suites Inn

The room was a great size for my family of 5. Greatfull they offered roll away beds. The regular beds were also super comfortable.The breakfast in the mornings were great and the warm cookies at night was an extra bonus and my kids loved it. Great location, we were able to walk to a couple restaurants and close to anything else you would need.

The shower head made a weird high pitch noise. Toilet was very low to the ground and not bolted in properly so it would hit the wall everytime you used it. Better quality tissues would also have been nice.

Breakfast has so many choices! I had booked thru Bookings . Com. And had a confirmation number. Sean, who helped us and was wonderful, said the confirmation number was not valid and we did not have a reservation. He was able to offer a room directly from the Walla Wallal BW like the room we had reserved. Beware of booking on line since our reservation and confirmation number were not REAL! Thanks again Sean for the great customer service you offered to us.

The staff was wonderful and helpful. They let us store our bikes in the conference room. Loved the nightly cookies and the breakfast was great.

Couldn’t open our curtains because the men were working on the siding right outside. Ice wasn’t always available on our floor.

The breakfast was better than the average hotel's free food. The other Best Westerns I have stayed in had walk-in showers, which were very nice. The bed was fine and the linens were good. TV worked well.

The ice machine was not working on our floor. The pillows were lumpy.

Perfectly located close to downtown (walkable). Nice staff at reception. The room was clean and spacious. Everything ok.

Construction works when we were there. No noise, but we had to keep the curtains closed all times, as the workers walked by our window from 7am onwards.

The entire Hotel was spotless, the pool area was regulated by reservation, perfect and private, amazing!!! The check in receptionist was very professional, pleasant, and the check out receptionist was wonderfully up beat and cheery, My wife and I had a GREAT time. Thank you VERY much

Sorry, I really cant think of a negative moment I had during my stay. Great breakfast, great fun a the pool, everybody was very easy to deal with, wonderful experience, I will be back. Thank you very much.

The location was perfect for my needs. The facility was very nice and the breakfast had a great selection. My room was spacious and comfortable.

The barking dog in the hall and early morning noise as people were leaving.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was so close to town you could easily walk to it, and being right next to the Walla Walla Steak Co. was a huge plus.

The facilities in the room (eg fridge, coffee machine, coffee cups) and the very good breakfast. The personnel was very friendly.

It was expensive.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent and a nice, very nice variety. Thank you The shower temp was tepid but when I reported it at the front desk it was corrected immediately. Staff was very accommodating. It is a great place to stay.

Didn't book in advance so paid a higher price. No sink in bathroom.
