The room was beautiful and clean, the beds very comfortable. It was a big room too. The breakfast was great! I liked the waffles. Lots of meat choices and other hot items and oranges and apples. I stayed 3 days and had different items each morning.

They advertised a swimming pool and on arrival they said the pool was under construction. I was disappointed as I wanted to swim each day. I was up for a celebration of my mother’s life traveling with my daughter and we really wanted to chill by the pool. I feel like this is a classic bait and switch tactic. I’m don’t think I’ll book a La Quinta again! I always look for a pool. Also, there wasn’t a luggage rack. That’s a small thing but very helpful.

Easy to locate. Staff was helpful and professional. Complete facilities. Indoor pool and jacuzzi. It has a bar and a place to hang out, unwind, and finish a bottle or two that you bought from one of the wineries after a full day of tasting. This is especially appreciated by designated drivers of the group. Good bathroom facilities. The toilet flushing mechanism is the best I’ve seen. Good breakfast.

Room was a bit stuffy. Coffee could be better. The wine list at the bar could be better, but since they allow you to bring in your own, that’s fine. The property is quite far from Main Street so if you’re in Walla Walla for wine tasting and you’d prefer to just walk back to the hotel, then look for something closer. The rooms aren’t well insulated so you could pretty much hear everything on top and beside you. Quite pricey for the experience. I paid $315++ per night here vs $150++ in Hilton Resorts World Las Vegas and $200++ suite in Hilton Garden Inn Wilsonville.

Wonderful stay! My mother and I came up to attend the Beach Boys concert @ the Walla Walla County fair - which was amazing, and this hotel had great location right off the freeway with like a 5 min drive into town. Check in was smooth, room was nice and comfy (felt like sleeping on a cloud☁️) and breakfast was delicious 😋 hot and cold to choose from and personally for me, having a waffle option is always a win-win 🍳🥞 had fresh fruit bowl & ice water available in lobby throughout the day. We only stayed for one night, did not have any loud noises and all the staff we ran into were very friendly. Did not have my dogs with us but is it Pet Friendly! 🐾 So if we make our way back over there w/ our fur babies we will definitely stay again

We didn't have the time anyways, but the pool was closed due to needing maintenance, but it looked nice inside regardless.

Bright, fresh, clean, and modern lobby, hallways and room interiors. Good wi-fi. Many tv channels, quality tv screen. Great breakfast with many choices, good coffee. Very comfortable beds. Friendly helpful front desk. Other staff friendly. Felt welcome after long drive from Seattle.

Bathtub could use a small grab bar for safer entry and exiting, especially when wet. Re tv, hard to figure out identity of any given channel other than just scrolling thru whole group until hitting a familiar one. For example, what channel is CNN? Or what are PBS channels. A channel guide would be helpful.

I loved the look of the place, inside and out. The style was right up my alley! The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The cleanliness was what impressed me the most. I've traveled quite a bit over the last year, have stayed in numerous hotels and this place was THE CLEANEST! I've been told by my friends and family that my standards are too high in that regard, although I disagree.

Petty little things that are not worth mentioning. Although I may disagree with my people about my high standards in cleanliness, I am well aware of who I am as a person and I realize that my standards are quite high in other areas.

Buffet breakfast had a decent selection of "hot" (warmish) & cold foods. Room & bathroom were spacious. "Mountain view" was parking lot with "mountains" in the distance. Free WiFi worked well. Pool (about 1/3 - 1/2 length of standard lap pool) was adequate for doing short laps. Jacuzzi was good hot temp.

Smallish reception desk area had sign displayed 24/7 indicating that personnel were unavailable/would be back shortly, & no bell or any other way to get their attention short of yelling. You could hear them talking/laughing in the back.

very friendly and helpful staff. when we wanted to extend our stay but the same room was not available they arranged the next best option right next door and cleaned the new room before we had to check out of the previous room. all the staff cooperated and made it as seamless as possible.

nothing to pick in. perhaps the only disadvantage is that you have to drive to get to Main Street. but in return you be closer to some of the wineries

the pool & spa was great!

We forgot to bring our wine glasses to celebrate our 47th anniversary with a bottle of Saviah wine (from Walla Walla local wine cellar/vineyard) in our room. I asked your bartender if I could use one of their wine glasses & was turned down. I know other hotels/motels we've stayed at accommodate us if they have any to lend or sell to customers. Maybe just a suggestion to allow guests to have this option??

The breakfast provided was one of the best I have had at a hotel. They offered individual almond milk which was a huge bonus for me. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

When we checked in for our 3 day stay, we were asked what day would we like housekeeping to provide new towels. We gave them a day, but the new towels and beds made did not happen on that day. Not a big deal - but wish they would have followed through.

The breakfast was good and the strawberry waffles were killer!! Fab!! The breakfast lounge server was superb.. she had everything clean and neat, and made sure all tables were wiped down almost immediately after a guest left the table. Keep her!! The best!!

The TV channel selector was strange. Took awhile to figure it out.
