the selection was good, but they aren't able to keep the egg omelette hot or cheese inside was not even melted and same with the bacon and sausage the warmers were not doing the job that they needed to do. the butter was very cold could not spread it on toast or anything.

keep the butter out at breakfast and please heat up the meat and eggs.

The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. I loved the outdoor space with the fire pits.

Vegetarian breakfast meats would’ve been nice. We were dropping our child off at Walla Walla University and the hotel didn’t cater to families with a vegetarian diet. Also, the carpet in our room was quite dirty and needed a good cleaning.

We were pleasantly surprised with how incredibly nice and clean the entire facility was, what great staff they had, fabulous customer service. One of the best hotel stays ever! Kids loved that the pool was open until 12am, normally when we stay at hotels they close it early and they don’t get to swim in it since we’re out and about. If we ever go back we’d definitely stay here again!

I arrived very early and the girl at the front desk was able to accommodate me, which was unexpected but amazing! Room in great size, and the bed comfy. Location to fair grounds was great, and will.stay again if ever in the area.

There were some old room keys on top of the microwave, for a totally different room. Wonder what else was missed?

It was quiet and convenient. We stayed with our dog and we were pleased with being located near the side door to the outside and didn't have to go through the lobby. We were glad to have easy access and space to walk our dog along the water. The bed also was very comfortable and we liked the reading chair and light.

We could have used a larger table as we chose to eat breakfast in our room but it all worked out. In the long run, we think it's better to have the reading area than a larger table. So don't change that part for us!

The cleanliness, comfort and accommodations were great. I really enjoyed the staff's positive and professional attitude. The ease of checking in and out was great also.

The quality of food could be better. That is all I would say needs improvement.

We need hooks or at least one on the back of the bathroom door for hanging clothes/pajamas! This is a minor detail! Everything was fabulous!

Breakfast offered good options! Delicious cheesy omelets, sausages, and cinnamon rolls. Lots of coffee.

Breakfast butter pats were too cold to spread.

The elliptical in the fitness room was great; having the fitness room available to use 24/7 was awesome!

More electrical outlets in the bathroom would have been nice.

They would not give me a printed receipt when I went to check out. Said they couldn't do that. ??? Something about it being booked thru booking.com and I should have an email. Which I did not.
