Didn’t like that breakfast was added cost and not the standard continental fair that would be the norm. So opted to go to a different restaurant instead. Luckily there were multiple choices nearby. I liked the location though.

No bar or grill open. And breakfast was not continental. Added cot to pre order at a cot greater than a fast food restaurant for what seemed less than what you would get there. Seems like a poor management choice. Also did not like that no receipt was available because we booked through booking.com.

We reserved the hotel with Booking.com and got a deal on the room. The location was amazing being so close to so many places to eat and check in was super easy. The room was well cleaned, along with towels and the bathroom. I love the fact our room had a stand up shower. We didn't eat breakfast as we aren't really breakfast people but the menu for the morning looked like a decent variety.

The hot tub part of the pool room was a little hot with chlorine. After about 5 to 10 min in there my eyes were really irritated and we had to get out.

Great parking, location. Many great restaurants nearby. 5 minutes from the highway. great staff. Bar is open and indoor are seating is comfortable and outside patio seating.

Unfortunately they are still in partial COVID/staffing mode as normal excellent cooked breakfast, $12 fee, and small buffet served breakfast was not available. You can order a to go box or preordered to eat in, minimal choices.

The property appeared clean and it good shape. The facilities were nice, but the hot tub was out of service. We found out only when visiting the pool. However, the pool was very nice.

The staff did not wear masks and one appeared to be not feeling well. We would have felt more comfortable if the staff abided by the mask recommendations.

The property was in a very convenient location and had a very nice view overlooking the area.

The property was nice so I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like! 👍🏽

The breakfast was a box breakfast, offered for a fee of $5.50 per box. Food was good, but of course was cold. Included a bagel, which we heated in the in-room microwave. The room was comfortable, and the heat and air conditioning was easy to control. The bed was comfortable, and the heating/air conditioning was relatively quiet. The room was very quiet. The wifi was a little tricky to access, but responsive once we figured it out.

The bed pillow seemed to lose it's loft overnight. In the early morning hours, I found myself rolling the pillow up. My wife didn't seem to have the same experience as me; she found her pillow comfortable all night. Minor annoyance; nothing else to complain about.

I have severe sensitive skin and they were kind enough to wash all my bedding in special laundry detergent I provided. 2 thumbs up for the extra mile.

The breakfast was order the night before .

The staff were amazing! We used to have game nights with friends, until we moved. We wanted to have another game night but didn't want to pack into our room. Staff were amazing enough to set us up a table in a conference room to play games. This exceeded all my expectations!

One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the breakfast, we were a little put off that it was boxed breakfasts, so we went out and got food we could keep in room. ex. muffins, donuts, bananas. This was the only negative thing of stay.

Liked the shower but did not like the water pressure being so low. Cooling was excellent and TV was good.

The water pressure was weak. The coffee maker did not work properly, had to go to lobby for coffee. The bed was soft and we rolled to the middle, a sign that mattress has had it.
