Comfort Inn can be a hit or miss. I've stayed in some that I will never return to or recommend, I've stayed in others that I try to rebook any time I'm in the area. This is one of the really good ones. I will absolutely stay here again if in the Buckhannon area. The facility was very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was very good with options for low-carbers like myself. But the most important thing about a room to sleep in is a comfortable bed and this location had one of the top 5 most comfortable hotel beds I've slept in. So important! And so appreciated!

Parking lot was way to small. we had no where to park. plus it was so rough driving on. The outside appearance needs some sprucing/cleaning up. I think the front desk staff should dress and present themselves a little more professional looking. Not come out in sloppy clothes and a hoodie. If they are going to smoke do it around back not out front when guest are coming in.

I like the fact that it is back from the road a little. It’s quiet, comfortable, and as soon as they get the renovations complete, it’ll be excellent.

The renovations in the lobby, hallways, & entryway is a little much, but overall, I had a good stay

due to virus, limited menu, however much improved over the "brown bag" grab and go served recently at other facilities. Parking adequate and well lit. Reasonable convenient to I79.

Booked thru Priceline. Site listed special rate of $54.00 I had entered dates for check in and check out. Entered PYMT info and received confirmation that my room was booked and paid for. Unfortunately the system booked me for one night scheduled for the date that was on line. required multiple phone calls to receive a refund for the incorrect date and reserve the correct dates. Shocked to find the room rate was $110.00 per night. The associate apologized and offered to adjust except we had prepaid. Not the first time we have been gouged by Priceline.

Everything was clean and well maintained. Our room was modern and comfortable. Every staff member we encountered treated us like family. Waking up to a hot & tasty breakfast was the icing on the cake.

Honestly, we have no complaints. Every aspect of our stay was pleasant.

The phones in rooms not hooked up yet. The fire alarm going for no reason. I did ask staff and they said it was due to the construction being done and the system having dust in it.

Had a water main break and the facility was torn up. Should have received a discount… Very poor external lighting in a remote area

We didn't eat it. We preferred it when they had hot breakfast. We didn't want whatever was in the bag.

I'd like to suggest that some kind of better traction strips or mat be put in the bathtubs, so people won't slip and fall. I was a little afraid of slipping.
