Fairfield Inn & Suites Lewisburg

The staff were very helpful and friendly! Also, there were a few streaming services included (HBO, Showtime, etc...) that were not mentioned on the website , which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and comfortable.

A little more pricey than what I'm used to, but comparable to the other establishments in the area. The hotel didn't seem to have its own dedicated parking area, and shared a lot with a little strip mall. Not really a con for me, but it may be important to you. Also, they no longer carry freezer items (ice cream, hot pockets, etc...) at the little store by the front desk, which was a small bummer.

The staff was so helpful and understanding, we changed our room as it was smaller than what we booked for, there was no problem and the lady at the reception desk was very helpful, even though she said she was new, by communicating with her manager she corrected the mistake and changed our room. The lady in the morning shift was also very nice and accommodated our need concerning the check-out time. Also the ladies at the breakfast room were so friendly, and kept every item in the buffet refilled in seconds. Breakfast was good and everything served fresh and clean. Yes also the room was very clean, and the parking is very convenient. We were really pleased with the hotel and would definitely recommend it!

Easy access from I-64. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean facility.

Aging furniture, to be expected in a budget Marriott. I would guess the Fairmont's get hand-me-downs from their costlier siblings. My back hated the (dare I say it) slightly sagging mattress and the HVAC unit was noisy. The breakfast was tolerable but the absence of orange juice was disappointing. Though this is a "budget friendly" Marriott, it was still a chunk of change that was very thin on the amenities.

Breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from--even cheese omelettes and bacon. There were many healthy choices including a variety of juices, boiled eggs, wheat toast, and raisin bran cereal. Love the buffet hours--6 a.m. - 10 a.m.! Very helpful staff. Great location--close to historic Lewisburg. Outdoor seating with tables and chairs--very nice.

Whirlpool wasn't working properly. There was warm water but not bubbly like a hot tub. There could have been more fruit at breakfast buffet--(plenty of bananas, very few oranges and no apples). There should have been spray bottles to wipe down mobile luggage rack in between uses.

The man that was working at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Very nice and up beat even though he was working Christmas Eve evening and Christmas Evening. Made you feel welcome!

There are no complaints, wish there had been more coffee and cups in room.

The breakfast was sufficient for free!

Due to a boil water advisory there were no cold drinks or ice. I feel a discount could have been given as a courtesy for this inconvenience

GM Brandon was phenomenal. We were in town due to my dad's passing. He was empathetic, answered questions we peppered him with, and changed our reservations on the fly almost daily since we weren't sure how long we were staying. The hotel was immaculate. I've stayed at 5-6 places in the last year and it was, by far, the cleanest yet. The staff were all phenomenal...adhering to Covid safety precautions, friendly, and helpful. Joshua was a bright spot in my stay. Grief is hard, but Joshua struck up a light conversation with me when I needed it and was so helpful and empathetic, as well.

The only negative thing I could even possibly say is I wish they would upgrade the high chairs for little ones in their dining area. They've seen better days.

The location was perfect, right off the interstate. VERY close to restaurants, gas and shopping. The breakfast was wonderful and the cook was super friendly. Lots of choices. Front desk was soooo helpful and very polite. Parking was close and could see the van from the window. The room was super clean and smelled wonderful. THANK YOU!!

Maybe add gravy and biscuits to the breakfast menu. Other than that....great stay!!

It was very clean and quiet. Close to interstate for easy access.

The continental breakfast was not the best. The bacon was crispy little broken off pieces

I liked being greeted as I entered the door. Walking in to a clean room, and the breakfast was busy with no line. Kitchen person in the morning fast and friendly. Brandon the Manager is top notch.
