Clean Food from restaurant was very good.

No breakfast with stay. Had to pay for breakfast. My husband fell in the bath//tub combination due to very slippery condition. Not a very comforting decor. Too modern designer style with Cold atmosphere. Had to warn the afternoon staff member about puddle of water on the floor from pool area in front of reception desk…it was a danger. His reply …oh guess I should put a sign there.

The staff was amazing at check in, breakfast was delicious.

We left our infant daughter’s antibiotic in the mini fridge and called back after check out to get it. We were told they didn’t have it. Not a problem as it was our fault. However, that staff member was rude. Then we received a call the next day stating her medication was found and at the front desk. It was frustrating, but again, not really their fault

Loved the views from where I was sitting on the patio. Very pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious! The beds were great! Rooms was great, clean, plenty of towels to use in the bathroom. The worker's were very pleasant and courteous. I love that place! I was feel at home Everytime I'm there. Plenty of things to do in the area. The store's are expensive near by. Plenty of places to get gas. That is one beautiful hotel all the way around, inside and out. I will ALWAYS RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Location was great, very clean.

Everything was great until the desk clerk told us our breakfast was included. It was very confusing how it was set up. We got our breakfast and we got a bill. We went back to the desk and the clerk lied straight faced, and said she never told us it was included.

Bobby Jo greeted us at check-in. She was wonderful and helpful! Amazing customer service! The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. When in our room we asked for a few extra towels and Bobby Jobhad them to our room within a minute and a half. Would definitely stay again!

I was not able to make breakfast, but the location of where it was was awesome. I had quick and easy access to shopping locations and food places that allowed me to order in. There was definitely easy access to my journey to work. The route's that I needed to take was right there outside of the hotel location. Really enjoyed the comfort of resting and swimming indoors. Thank you for your outstanding services.

This place was very pretty, clean, and the staff were all very nice. the location is great and they had everything we needed. the price was great as well.

I loved that it was so clean, it smelled clean, everything was just so beautiful. The beds and pillows were comfy. It was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever been too. I loved it.

Brookes small waves or smile when i came thru the lobby knowing full well she knew i was in town to attend my bff funeral. She didn’t have to ask, most wouldn’t but it meant the world to me that she did. I was in town alone, wondering why everyone was living their lives knowing my bff died . Brooke helped me get thru the saddest event in my life.

i would have liked a stationary chair option for makeup appliacation in bathroom or in room mirror . desk chair needs replacing oh could have done without the fire drill at midnight :-)

I absolutely loved my stay here. The staff was friendly, everything was clean, the Hotel is in a good location for shopping and stores. The food served at the Garden Grill was very fresh and Hot when we ordered. The servers were polite and very attentive without being overbearing. The Lobby of the Hotel was very clean and Bright. I will definitely go again and refer some friends as well. Thank you all for a great stay.
