The staff was very delightful and friendly. From the first telephone call with Marley to Vickie when checking in at the front desk, was a treat. When I left my iPad behind in the room, Jamie called and left a message on my phone. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the message until returning home... My fault, not hers. A very pleasing experience with any staff I had interaction! Excellent!

Out dated! But for the room price I would definitely go back! The lady who checked up in was very helpful she even told us the best place to eat that was close and gave us more ideas of place to stop and see on our travel. Great place to stay when you have to book at last minute

THE 1 thing that i didn't like was the fact that the sliding window didn't have ANY locking mechanism or even a screen. You see, the room window faces directly to the parking lot, and it's a street level. The window could be opened from the outside just by sliding it open. There was no way of locking it closed. Since we parked right in front of the window, we was able to bring in most of our stuff thru the window, including the kids and the dog. They (The kids) thought it was fun to sneak in thru. Plus it was hella cold and windy. Everything else was great. We stayed in the room bc it was the only one left with 2 beds.

Your staff at this hotel is fantastic. When I checked in the girl was very welcoming and gave me information about surrounding area.. She was great. When we went to breakfast, the lady there was also very fantastic.. We talked about the breakfast that was offered and agreed there should be fruit.. I got my breakfast bar and juice and started to eat.. Your employee came out and offered me one of her own oranges!! Two great employees -

It was convenient and fairly clean. When we entered our room there was an unpleasant smell and they quickly switched us to another room which was much better.

If you’re going to advertise breakfast then provide a proper breakfast- not just granola bars, yogurt and apples.

good location (right off the highway, near shopping, pharmacy, restaurants, gas). clean and quiet, a perfect stop for a comfortable night half-way through our drive back to Canada. thankful for this pet-friendly option : )

Room had everything that we needed. I didn’t know that we had a fridge and microwave in the room! We arrived late and the attendant was super-nice. A great welcome after a long day!

Staff was nice and helpful

Needs renovation. Old building feels dirty but just outdated everything. Beds were very uncomfortable and squeaked each time I moved.

This hotel room is extremely functional, more functional than some nicer hotels in my opinion. The air conditioner unit is an old one, and some reviews have complained about how it goes on and off however if you just leave it on fan mode it stays on all the time. That’s what I did, and I was cool enough and had no problems all night long. The bed was extremely comfortable. The toilet in the bathroom had a lid on it which many places don’t anymore. I will be back. Very comfortable for a one or two night stay, especially if you were on a budget. The price is the best around.

There is still no breakfast available but they do have coffee if you want it in the mornings.

When room was cleaned the towels were not replaced. When we asked they did not have towels clean to replace them with until after washing. We had a two day stay.
