Everything was a great value for what the price was and everyone was very happy with what we experienced. Location was great as we toured around neighbouring towns, as well as having great access to outlets right in Appleton including the mall and restaurants. The free warm cookies were such a great idea and the pool and on site restaurant were both 10/10 atmospheres. Service staff went above and beyond to offer accomodations to room requests as well as an adjustment to check in time. Rooms had perfectly comfortable facilites and a great highway/business night view from the side of the building we were on. Great job guys, really gave us Canadians a fantastic first impression of Wisconsin!

Rooms were quiet and clean.

Room had a faint odor of smoke. Time to replace the carpet. Bathroom lighting was poor. I also recommend the hotel invest in black washcloths so make-up doesn't ruin towels. Embroidering "Make-up" on the towel would be a nice touch. Better bath towels would be a plus. I'd pay a little more for a room knowing there were better amenities. Coffee maker was poor!! I don't understand why hotels don't put better coffeemakers in the rooms! Much more convenient to have better coffee in your room than having to go to the lobby for a decent cup. A low-end Nespresso or Keurig would be nice or get another brand that works well with better coffee! Make sure the brand is listed in the description of the room. Little things make for a better experience

The location was great, just off the highway. The bartenders were fun and went over the top to.help us celebrate our anniversary Dinner was good.. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but the person overseeing the area was excellent & helpful.

The gentleman checking us in was not very welcoming. There was no smile, gave short curt answers to questions. No explanation of how breakfast worked or given vouchers..We were never offered bottles of water or cookies. The room was clean but my husband stepped on a big box staple stuck in the carpet that punctured his foot.

Complimentary coffee/water in the lobby. Friendly staff. Close to airport and the mall.

I know you get cookies when you check in - but it wasn't offered on the 2nd day. (we had checked out to fly to FL, but flight was canceled and ended up staying another night) pool area was overrun by kids - could not relax rooms could use a deep clean; dust/dirt in corners, found hair in the bathroom

John was awesome at check in getting us a room near each other. Kids loved the pool. Location was great.

I booked two rooms, specifically requested connecting rooms, got a response from hotel saying they made the change, but when checking in they didn't have us anywhere near each other. John helped us out by getting rooms at least next to each other.

When booking room it was displayed that breakfast was included however once we checked in we were told that breakfast is only included for rewards members. After we explained our disappointment they were very accommodating to ensure we had breakfast at no cost prior to our departure.

The location was perfect for our needs. The pool space was fantastic and the kids had a blast. Check in was fast and easy. The view out the 7th floor window was nice and my son loved it.

We had a bulb missing and it took two separate requests to get it fixed. The towels in the pool were all gone. The door kept getting stuck when we tried to open the room.

The room and location to where we were visiting was great. It was not a look commute and the hotel was close to various eating locations. The room itself was clean and inviting. I will definitely stay again. The initial welcome upon checking in was great; he acknowledged me by name (loved this personal touch)!

Was waiting for some assistance during our visit and the front desk staff (a man and woman) never acknowledge me. Eventually gave up waiting and left to run my errand.

Nice location very close to a lot of local activies

My only complaint is that there was a wedding planned for the same weekend as my stay and they only have 2 elevators for an 8 floor hotel. The elevator traffic was pretty bad but that's all I could really say was negative. Just unfortunate planning

We stay in alot of hotels just to "get away" and I can honestly say, I had the absolute best nite sleep here ever. Bed was SO comfy I slept like a baby

More than 1 warm cookie at check in! Lol. Their that good!
