We were so happy with our stay here. The staff was really nice and accommodating, and our room was extremely clean and very comfortable. We were actually the first room near the elevator and we never heard any sounds all night. The location was ideal, right off the highway and a 10 minute drive to the center of Appleton. We definitely will stay here again.

There was only one small issue--the showers have a shampoo dispenser attached to the walk which is great-however, ours was empty and we didn't have any shampoo with us. We had extra conditioning, lol.

Last couple days the room wasn’t checked and the garbage can was spilling over, ran out of tissue. First several days things were checked daily and then it stopped.

Breakfast was until 10:00 but when I went down at 9:40 for coffee there wasn't any. Asked for coffee, she went to make it, I waited 15 minutes and she never brought any out. She was behind the desk again and could see me, but never said a word. If breakfast is till 10:00 please have coffee. Otherwise everything was wonderful.

Desk people were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was a great bonus. Parking was convenient.

The hotel emphasized that they would like to save water, yet the shower pressure was like being hit by a pressure washer. That should be adjusted. I noticed that the door handle and panel had many fingerprints on it. In this Covid world, I think that should be addressed. These are very minor observations, though. It would not stop me from visiting here again.

Staff was very friendly from the first day till we left! Everything was super clean, breakfast was good, bed was comfy! Close to the mall, food and right off the highway

would love an extra hour for breakfast for late risers with families to get going. Pool area is stifling hot for non swimmers. An open door or window, some ventilation would help

No chair other than a desk chair in the room, with two of us it would have made it perfect if there was seating for two .

I got a room for a night and then I got a call about a family emergency they gave me a full refund and the employees are very nice. I was extremely thank full they did a full refund

Breakfast was good. The dining tables were full but people came and went so room to sit and eat worked.

The elevator did not work and my mother had an hard time with the stairs due to her health conditions. The only room available was on the second floor
