Amazing experience and it all started with the Front desk gentleman. He was a WOW factor. I highly encourage him to keep up the great work - professionalism, cheerfulness, a Can - do attitude, and great hospitality. I wish EVERY hotels I stay in, he was there to greet. He's AWESOME 😎.

Nothing to NOT like about this place. Very impressive.

New hotel, less than 2 years old. Friendly staff. Hotel is exceptionally clean and was surprisingly quiet, especially since there were some bachelorette party folks on site. Room was very comfortable and everything worked exactly as it was supposed to. Hilton properties have high standards and this hotel is commensurate with those standards.

Bagged breakfast wasn't great, but that's more because of COVID than anything else. In ordinary times they apparently have a breakfast buffet, but it wasn't available on the weekend. Would have been nice to know that, but conditions keep changing.

Hilton Home2Suites is perfect for us because it is near the airport and we fly to Appleton on a regular basis to see family. We had a one bedroom suite which worked perfectly for our 5 night stay.

The dishes in the dishwasher were all really dirty. At first we thought they forgot to run the dishwasher even though it had a sign on it that said the dishes in the dishwasher were all clean. Then we ran another cycle and they were still dirty, so that is when we realized it was the dishwasher that wasn’t working properly. We also asked for our room to be cleaned and fresh towels on our third day and no one ever came, however when we called the front desk later that night after returning, the person at the front desk came right up and brought us fresh towels and took our trash.

I liked the morning breakfast choices. I like the chairs outside for visiting . the staff were pleasant in interactions with us.

I did not have any concerns. the cost for our stay seemed a little on the high side, but I do not travel much, so it could be the going price.

Room and facilities were first class. All members of staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Comfortable outdoor seating areas which we used daily, quiet building, good amenities, pleasant staff, and decent breakfast.

The location is nice and quiet. Rooms were clean and loaded with like home furnishings.

The pool situation was ridiculous! We arrived at 545 and the pool was basically booked till 10 am the next day. I specifically booked the hotel room so my daughter could swim. I do understand with the pandemic measures need to be taken but with the hotel half empty how could the pool be booked by 5pm for the entire stay. I paid for a hotel with a pool and use of said pool and there should be blocks of times for all guests. You should be able to book pool times in advance. Your hotel is beautiful and would stay again but this was a giant disappointment to me and my family.

We liked the extra space for our cat. Bed was very comfortable. Would have liked a meat choice for breakfast. Location was very good for what we had going on.

Could not get the internet to work.

We were just there for a small time. We had an early flight and did not experience the breakfast.

It was all good. Very spacious rooms

Cleanliness and staff.

Kids running around and screaming, not that obnoxious, but it was a soccer tournament I assume.
