This hotel is environmentally friendly. Rooms are kept cool until arrival, but warm quickly. Rooms are small, so not wasted space to be heated. Smaller bottles of shampoo and conditioner, but enough for two, for four showers. One bar of soap instead of three. I also liked the non-carpeted floor (cleaner) and the duvet sheet cover. Much better than a sheet and comforter at other hotels (where I doubt comforter gets washed very often.). The lobby, with its fireplace was very cozy and had a very friendly feel.

Only one chair. Bottom fitted bed sheet that did not fit the deep mattress. Need to get new fitted sheets.

Breakfast- served scrambled eggs, sausage, tater tots, yogurt, apples/bananas, muffins, cereals, and other things. Eating area was immaculate and well taken care of. Room was adequate. Overall clean- just needs a little more upkeep. Noticed the staff worked hard to keep the floors and entry areas clean. Every staff member I interacted with was polite, helpful, and trying to do his/her best. This place has a great indoor swimming pool and a very nice work-out room. Room had a nice desk area, plenty of plugs, decent size refrigerator, and microwave. Breakfast was to be served at a certain time, but they moved it up to meet the needs of all the hunters since this was opening day of the season.

Lighting was poor. NO light in ceiling and none by my side of the bed. I have stayed here many times and noticed this room was much smaller than others we stayed in. Maybe because it was a king bed room. Could use a little updating in our room- ceiling especially.

The room was nice and breakfast was good. If we would have had more time, the pool looked nice and the bar with the pool table would have been something to take advantage of. The fitness room looked pretty good as well. The one staff when we arrived was friendly and welcoming.

I noticed the hot tub in the pool room was closed and taped off. That would have been disappointing had we had the time to use it. The pillows were unusually small. They weren't uncomfortable. Just really small. I found that to be a little odd.

Room was clean.

It was not as pictured when I booked it. Don't think was as large, did not have a sofa or recliner. Also no grab bar for the toilet. (Which was very important to me.) I am not in a wheel chair, but if I was, the shower was not a role in. It has a at least 3" curb to jump! Also the air conditioner was noisy and right next to the bed so blew a cold breeze on me at night.

Breakfast was fine. Sausages were real good. Location was in a good place.

I had to have maintenance come up and give me another refrigerator. The one in there was not working at all. It was all built up with ice. The toilet would shut on and off. He also put in a new flapper. I also. As I was leaving I told him that the faucet was dripping.

Staff pleasant, room needed some "sound" maintenance, when the noise could not be dealt with was moved to a quieter room.

The upkeep on the room-the noise was from a breaker box on adjoining wall, loose electric socket in bedroom, toilet running.

The room was clean, front desk personnel very nice!

TV was 50 inch, too small & remote didnt work. Went to.breakfast 45 minutes before it ended & there was no eggs. I asked the server & she said there wouldn't be anymore prepared. Only white bread and 1 type of pastry, disappointing.

The breakfast was worth NOT walking over to Perkins to get the same thing. The room was outstanding. We only expected the terrace view and were happy to have the spa tub and fireplace.

The synthetic floors needed to be swept. I felt sand or debris on my bare feet. When looking under the bed for items I may have left behind, it was extremely dusty with large dust bunnies. The windows of the door leading to the terrace were visibly dirty.

Breakfast was good .serves was good also

A couple more chairs when you have 6 people in a room, but we made it work.

It was very clean and conveniently located for the event we were participating in
