Water park was a great setup and the pizza at the Waterpark was delicious. Rooms were nice.

The hot breakfast items in the lobby cafe needed to be microwaved yourself. Very limited options and disappointing. The dinner staff at 1878 was friendly and attentive but multiple parts of our order had issues (no bacon on the burger that came with bacon, fries when I had ordered an upgrade for cheese curds, and received a pina colada when i ordered a margarita). Staff responded to the issues with the order well but overall not a good dining experience.

The indoor water park and location were great. It's a great looking place from the exterior. Our kids had a lot of fun at the indoor waterpark. Rooms were nice and roomy. AJ's pizza was very good.

Being unable to carry our own beverages into the waterpark was disappointing. The hotel was in the midst of a remodel and wasn't very clean because of that. Understandable.

The staff at the front desk were professional and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The waterpark is included with the room. It's a smaller park compared to ones at the Dells, but I preferred it. It had 2 body slides and 2 tube slides, a kiddie area with smaller slides, an indoor / outdoor hot tub, a wave pool, basketball pool, and a lazy river. They also had an outdoor waterpark with 2 body waterslides. Minigolf is an additional fee. It was a cute bear themed course.

Some of the lifeguards weren't attentive in the outdoor waterpark. Also, the kiddie pool outside was filled with dirty rainwater and no barrier or sign saying it was closed to prevent little ones from running into it. Not sure why it wasn't filled or open.

The water park is pretty good for the kids, quite a bit to do there. Rooms were good sized as well.

The worst part of my experience was at the restaurant inside the resort. It took a long time from the time we sat down until I finally got up to pay my bill and leave. The food was not the type of food I expected from a place I paid $300 for one night, and when it came to our table, it was cold. It wasn't busy either. From the parking garage to our room was quite a hike, especially if you are carrying quite a bit of luggage.

Well we had a patio on the lower floor but with in 15 feet of our patio right in plain sight was a 30 foot dumpster with trashed furniture. The view was completely unacceptable. There was a second dumpster probably 20 foot away from that one filled with trashed furniture. Very very disappointed 😞😞😞.

From the moment we arrived, the staff was so friendly! We had a beautiful newly remodeled room, great meals at the various restaurants, an exceptional time at the waterpark, and in our down time, we took advantage of the arcade and their selection of board games. We will absolutely be returning again!!! Thank you.

Weird hours for the waterpark, need to figure out the lifeguards breaks a bit better, our kids were upset a few times about not being able to swim. Also our shower handle didnt work in our room.

Indoor outdoor jacuzzi. Slides, wave, lazy river.

Employee at top of slide never helped us get in our tube. Was on his phone. Nothing real special about room for the rate I paid. No phone to front desk. No coffee maker in room, had coupon for coffee at cafe, nice but not optimal.

The balcony room was nice. Halls were quiet for the most part. The pool was fun for the kids.

There was mildew around the tub. The bottom of the lazy river was really rough so it cut up our feet.

I am with loyal source and i reserved my room with my credit card because i arrived a day early. The card was only supposed to be held on file, however, it was charged 204.73. The lady who helped me left a note for the manager. I hope this is corrected soon, as I have been out of work for a while and that is my traveling money.
