Staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility is old but the bathroom was updated.

Room was very dark. Because all the rooms are on a single floor we had a room overlooking the parking lot so we kept the curtains drawn for privacy. Window air conditioning was very noisy so we used the ceiling fan. No housekeeping during our three-day stay but we were able to get extra towels with no problem.

I liked our king bed very comfortable. Breakfast was all prepackaged but good assortment of choices. Very quiet, even with live band playing behind building. A/C worked good and also had ceiling fan. Very large rooms and bathroom was good size. They have a pool table and ping pong table in game room. 1 firepit back by lake. 2 restaurants close by.

Futon was very uncomfortable for our teenage daughter. Lake is beautiful but access is boat only. No convenient way to lake and no safe way for hard of walking people like my mother in law. Some peeling paint and older looking styles. Parking should be labeled for each room, so parking in front of your room doesn't get taken. Parking lot very uneven and easy to twist ankle, especially at night.

Place was clean and nicely decorated with a rustic look that I loved and totally fit the surroundings of Eagle River. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable, I slept great. Rooms were equipped with a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Blow dryer and iron/ironing board available at the front desk. We had a room facing the lake. There was a door from our room to the outside where we found chairs, a picnic table and a gas grill. There was also a small hibachi grill. Truly loved sitting out there and enjoying the lake view.

Would have liked to see a little more at the continental breakfast. English muffins were available after our second morning, but prior to that there wasn’t even bread for toast and no jelly packs. I would have also liked to see some fresh fruit. Apples, bananas or oranges would have been great.

Convenient location. Lake view. All the amenities I needed. Fire pit, grill and restaurant on premises.

The breakfast doesn't open earlier for fishermen leaving early to get on the lake. Ceiling fand could use a good cleaning didn't want to turn them on 😒😶‍🌫️

Breakfast was ok, but not as good as other places I've been where they have hot food to choose from

Since it was winter and had snowed quit a bit, the driveway and parking area should of been plowed and never was the 3 days we were there. That was very disappointing since I do not have 4WD,

The location was wonderful, the room was clean and the bed was so comfy. The resort was very charming. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was perfect. Not a high class busy hotel, this was exactly what we wanted.

I wish there was more of a variety of breakfast items for people with allergies. Also told the end of our stay there was much left for us to choose from.

Everything about the lodge was exceptional; the price was very reasonable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room itself, along with the view from the room was awesome, everything was clean, updated and accommodating and the breakfast was thumbs-up!!!!! Also enjoyed the game room and the docks on the property to fish from!!!!!!!!

Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Very personable and knowledgeable staff, extremely welcoming property. Very home like feeling.

No public bathrooms upon entry to lobby, (long drive really had to pee) but heard someone were getting put in so that’s good!

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a view of the lake. Breakfast was OK but all prepackaged (cereal, breakfast sandwich, fruit cup, hard boiled eggs, cold cereal, etc). Location is excellent, if you have a car.

Breakfast could have been freshly prepared and there could have been more games and activities for children.
