The location was fine for the traveling we were doing. We did not go down for the breakfast as we were located at the back of the building.

The stay was nice and the entry area was updated, but the hallways and our room were a little dated. The hallway and stairs need some brightening up and the hallway had a weird smell all the way to our room. The room was nice but the wall paper was starting to do some peeling at the seems. There was a little mold spotting on the caulk in the tub.

Very short staffed and our room wasn't cleaned when we arrived. And no housekeeping on site as it was after 4:00 so we had to switch rooms and they took that room out of service. We had a mobility impaired room (mainly for the lack of elevator and the low toilets common in hotels) and they were able to get us into another ground floor room but we still had to deal with the low toilets and a tub.

Front staff was very nice. Breakfast had a lot of options.

I know you are currently under construction, however, the rooms smelled musty, the bathroom toilets are low and not high and the light in my bathroom took a bit to work and turn on. The door shut hard, like it was swollen from being damp?

The breakfast was ok. The facilities were very good and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was great, I like the staff the best. They were very helpful.

The cost was high for what you got. I found another hotel for half the price on my trip home and they were a grade above. It was sad that they took advantage of people with such a high price.

Loved the location. Loved the pool. Continental breakfast was nice. Room was great in size and capacity of what we needed.

sadly, our room wasn’t completely clean when we arrived there. Toilet was a bit dirty, place had dust. But it wasn’t super bad.

In remarkably good shape for an older motel. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Hot breakfast was very good.

A couple of minor issues. Breakfast stopped at 9:00. After a long day in the car, the day before, we would have liked to sleep in a little longer. To get to the pool we had to walk through the game room.

It was an emergency stay due to weather. So glad the Quality Inn was in Rhinelander and had an opening for us. Breakfast was good.

I don't like having to pay a pet fee. I would prefer a refundable deposit if our pet doesn't cause any damage.

My wife and I were attending a wedding nearby and needed to see if we could get an early check-in (2:00 instead of 3:00), so we called a week or two ahead of time and were told that this could be done. I also received a confirmatory email that we could check at 2:00 instead of 3:00. However, when we arrived (about 2:15 p.m., the person at the front desk told me that no rooms were available and that we should "come back at 3:00". When I showed her the email she said "come back at 3:00".
