Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Madison Southwest, WI

Very clean and spacious. The spa area was perfect. Pool temperature was cool enough to be refreshing without being so cold that you feel chilled. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Having feather/down pillows in the room. There's too many that have feather allergies including my husband. We noticed when going to bed and didn't use them. There were a couple pillows that were not feather so we were good.

Very courteous front desk staff when we came in.

The room we had was pretty loud due to the freeway. Nothing can be done about that. We brought a fan to drown out any noise and the freeway was louder than our fan. We booked last minute so we didn't expect the best quietest room in the building. Its just location that's all. Still a great stay. The sheer curtain in our room was literally ripped in half so it was missing the bottom half. Thought that was strange.

We were very pleased on many counts. The hotel was right off our route, with easy access. Three things were hugely important: No smoking, No pets, and MASKS REQUIRED!! All employees were well masked, polite, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety- eggs, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, bread/muffin/bagel choices, etc. The breakfast attendant was super and was constantly refilling food items and cleaning tables. Room was large with divided sitting area (couch, chair, end table) where we ate takeout supper. Nice desk area and chair. Wifi worked well. Very comfortable bed and pillows - we especially liked the smooth sheets and cozy but lightweight comforter. Bathroom was good sized and spotless, with 4 sets of bright white fluffy towels. Highly recommend this hotel!

Some guests ignored the mask requirement, but there’s nothing the staff could do about that.

breakfast was well rounded with many easy choices. it satisfied everyone's likes and needs. quiet. Staff friendly.

Your signage outside should be more visible. We observed many cars unsure of what driveway entrance was the hotel. It was very unclear where to turn in. Almost caused an accident at one point

It was right off the highway so easy in/off to get to our destination in New Glarus. Clean, friendly service. Room size was great for 3 of us.

Coffee packages weren't refilled daily but the front desk always gave me some.

Staff were very helpful and friendly! They we're always available at the desk! Room was nice size with plenty of space. The breakfast choices were excellent! COVID 19 precautions were in place with mask wearing and floor was marked for 6 feet distance.

I noticed that the curtains on windows could use a dusting. They had a slight dusty smell when opened or closed. I'm more sensitive to smells than some people, though.

Everything from the service to the amenities, including breakfast were beyond my expectations based on my previous stays in the same hotel chanin in Illinois, Wisconsin, South Dakota, and Ohio.

Not much, except there was no visible signboard on the road.

Breakfast is until 10:30, perfect for people who wake up late. Very clean room and bathtub. Comfortable beds

We had a people next to our room who was probably on drugs and they were screaming since 4am. They was arguing so loud, lady had an issue with her men… no one from the stuff ask them to be quiet. They were fighting and throwing stuff in the room and again no one from the stuff call for security.

Breakfast on Friday was not good. The hot food items were barely warm. Breakfast on Sat and Sun was hot and very good. Ate about the same time all 3 days.

Keep the hot food hot!!

Receptionist was great and our stay was quiet and uneventful. We enjoyed it.

Slight smell of dampness in the room but not bad.
