Best Western West Towne Suites

The breakfast was awesome! Hot and quick. The staff was friendly. The room was pretty clean and comfortable. I like staying outside of town, so I didn't mind the drive to get downtown every morning.

The bathroom definitely could've used some updating. The tub was pretty icky. Also, I stayed several nights for a conference at the University and when I showered in the morning at the same time everyone else was getting ready there was absolutely no hot water, so I just made sure to shower at night. Still enjoyed my stay though.

Clean facility, professional staff. The 24 hour fitness room is well stocked with modern equipment and appears to be cleaned regularly. (I saw staff cleaning twice during my overnight stay). Nice pool, although we didn’t have an opportunity to use it. Very nice accommodations for the budget price.

Free breakfast was a nice addition to our stay, however I prefer the traditional “serve yourself” continental breakfast I’m used to seeing most often in the U.S. vs. the made to order breakfast included with our stay here. Mostly personal preference because I’m not limited to any specific quantities or items at a traditional “serve yourself” continental breakfast, where here I had three breakfast options, but couldn’t have extras (bacon, eggs, pancakes) and couldn’t mix and match as I like.

For an overnight stay without expecting much, I was impressed just about everything to do with the hotel. Parking is directly in front of the entrance. The King suite was huge and had a lovely large bath tub. The cooked breakfast is made to order and there are still the usual breakfast buffet items, like bread, fruit, yoghurt and cereal. There is plenty of space in the breakfast area and several lounges throughout the hotel. The workout room is pretty good. And even though the highway goes right by the hotel, making it a convenient location, you can't hear the noise when you are in the room.

I was satisfied with everything.

Other than the camp ground this was the best hotel (out of 4) I booked! Location is great, off highway but near plenty of stores and restaurants. Mustard Museum (about 20 mins away) was interesting. Room was clean and comfortable, plenty of towels provided, huge tub, extra blanket provided upon request. Room had 2 burner stove top, microwave, and mini fridge. Room door had a door stopper and peep hole. Breakfast coupons provided upon check-infor hot breakfast, (cereal, yogurts, toast, juice also provided). Hot coffee/tea available in lobby all day.

No plates or cooking utensils provided in the room. Good thing I travel with my own pots, cooking utensils, dishes, etc. Fridge could have been colder. Paper cups provided are NOT microwaveable.

Everything was fine. The breakfast was much better than average.

The tub/shower was the most slippery tub I have ever seen. I have traveled very extensively throughout the world and in 3rd world countries I can't imagine customers have not fallen dozens of times. After washing my body and getting soap on the tub, I was unable to stand and I am not a feeble person. I had to cut my shower short because I could not even bend over to pick up the bath mat and put it inside the tub to stand on.

Stephen at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional. The best breakfast in all of our travels and the cook did a great job. He's really good at cooking good food. My kids thought the beds were comfortable. The deluxe queen room was big enough for our whole family of 5 with all boys and comfortable too. It didnt feel crowded.

My boys wished there was a pool but not a deal breaker. The TV remote was hard to understand how to use it. There could've been more lighting in the room. I prefer bright lighting mostly but my family said that other places are like that too.

The best hotel/motel breakfast ever. Kitchen located next to the dining room with hot, fresh made to order choice of eggs and potatoes, pancakes, or French toast with either bacon (very tasty or sausages (kind of spicey). Plus the usual items.

We were in a first floor room, and when the guests in the room above us walked around, our ceiling creaked-like a bed spring or wooden rocking chair on a hard floor. There were no vacancies when we arrived, but it would not have mattered. When I mentioned the noise to the person at the desk when we checked out I was told they were aware of the problem-we didn't have the only room with the noise. Just a suggestion, ask for a room on the second floor.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Made-to-order breakfast was a definite perk.

The room we stayed in has not been updated and does not match the photos on booking.com. There was no desk, which was a requirement for our stay and a primary reason we booked this hotel. The hotel was at capacity, which we expected due to the CrossFit Games, so we were not able to move to a different room. Overall, the walls were paper thin - we could hear our neighbors even though they were not talking loudly.

Very nice hotel for the price. The addition of a small frig. was a unexpected surprise. Mattress very comfortable and room large enough to be able to work. Breakfast and the coffee were also very good.

Brown water coming out of the tab initially..........that needs addressing. The 11am check out. I called to ask for a later check out and I was given 30 extra minutes. I appreciated that extra time, but difficult when you still have business later in the day.

We got there fairly late and check- in was a breeze. Breakfast was good. We were on the way to Kentucky and needed a place to stay. As we were driving we picked this hotel based on price and high ratings. It was odd that Google Maps took us off the interstate to get there so we were driving on other roads for I think 40 miles but that was ok.

Other than the drive route everything was fine. We weren't there but for a quick overnight and then to get back on the road to Kentucky.
