The parking was at the hotel; which is nice and safe. The room was clean and there were ample towels. The bed was soo comfortable. Great pillows. The fridge was cold, so I was able to put milk and other products in it without worrying about spoilage. The staff was very friendly.

When I went to get a glass of water at breakfast, all the glasses had something gritty on the outside and some had something smeared on them. They didn't appear very clean. I stuck to the paper cups and plastic silverware. The plates were fine.

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated how many outlets/usb ports were available in the room! Staff was friendly, and while we didn’t end up using a lot of the amenities (pool, workout room, grills, fire pits), it was great to have access to so many activities in the hotel. And, the location is excellent - within walking distance to the river walk, and tons of shops and restaurants.

The street outside of the hotel room was a bit noisy - a lot of cars and trucks cruising along in the middle of the night. Ultimately not that bad, but if you’re a light sleeper it might bug you on the weekends.

Room was great, price was terrible due to the events going on.

Booking.com! I will never use this site again. Poor customer service. Booking was changed to one day but Booking.com never followed through and hotel had us for two days. Thankfully hotel helped!!

The staff was very pleasant and tried to be helpful with the noisy people upstairs. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good the first two days of my stay, it was just the last day that was sub-par. I've stayed here before and had an excellent experience...I hope this one day of this stay was just a fluke.

Even after calling the front desk twice, the people upstairs were loud and running around until nearly 10 pm, then up at it again at 6:25 am. Then they were out of a few things for breakfast and the hb eggs that I did get were frozen and felt like leather when they thawed.

Big comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen area, a very top level breakfast provided. Also walking distance from downtown and riverfront areas. Lower price than any other comparable hotels in the area.

The pocket door for the bathroom was heavy and hard to use. I would have preferred toilet seats that close slowly on their own. Everything else about the room was great, very clean!

The size of the room and lay out was very nice. Breakfast had good options, but they need to inspect silverware(many dirty) Bed very comfortable. Kitchen very good, loved the big refrigerator.

The location was great for walking along the river and to walk to restaurants. Didn't like all the noise you could hear at night from traffic going over metal bridge.

The property was clean and right downtown. It is perfect for walking to the bars or dinner.

There is dedicated spots for Hilton guests, but the lot fills up quickly. There was weekend free parking in the garage next to the property, but the downside would be if you stayed there during a weekday you would have to pay to park in the garage.

Enjoyed the early check-in, the pull out couch, and the breakfast!

Huge parking lot across the street makes it convenient to converge groups in one hotel for business. Hotel is in close proximity to numerous restaurants. Room included a refrigerator and sink. Space was clean and well taken care of.

I asked to be located on the highest floor because I often don't sleep well when some is walking above me. My request was never acknowledged.

Location. Easy to walk to places . Like the room. The breakfast. The staff are so nice. Easy to talk to and loved the variety of tv channels😊

Ummm?????? Nothing. Everything was great
