Lacrosse is a lovely city, well worth visiting. It has a lovely river front park along the Mississippi, and lots of trails for biking and walking. It is a college town, so it's many restaurants and bars tend to be seasonal. There are many hotels. This one provided good value for us as we want clean and comfortable, not high end luxury.

Not the nicest location in town. To enjoy the city, you need to get in your car and drive a couple of miles. However, it did not seem to be unsafe or insecure.

As soon as we walked in the girl at the front desk was super friendly and efficient. The room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The pool hot tub and work out room were very clean as well. Jacuzzi was amazing. My husband and I went down to breakfast thinking they were only going to have surgery cereals and muffins etc... what was actually there was all that stuff plus eggs sausage potatoes and biscuits and gravy. Pleasantly surprised!! Also this was a weekday. Also we were right across from the vending/ice machine and we didn't hear anything from those two in the room. I thought this was a great value for the money and if we have to stay overnight in lacrosse again we will definitely be staying here!

Nothing everything was great

Friendly, helpful on where to eat after check-in. All requests were fulfilled on location of room, also clean and crisp bed!!! Will bring a swim suit next time. And yes we would stay again. Breakfast good also. Best waffle maker ever!!close to everything. Win win.

Smaller parking lot...but not a issue at time

The breakfast was very good. Could use a little more variety for people staying more than a day or two. The staff was awesome. Very helpful and nice. The pool and hot tub were nice. Many things to see nearby

Very clean and good location. Breakfast nook was nice and they have more than enough options for breakfast.

The only thing I would say is that it isn’t luxury. For the price and location, though, that wasn’t too important to me.

We stayed here for our anniversary and got a lovely suit with a hot tub right in the room. It was very homey and all the utilities were just what we needed for a mini getaway! The room was clean and extra towels etc were available to our use.

The breakfast was very good. No complaints!

When we arrived, the front desk didn't seem to know that we could have a shuttle bus for the next day to the LaCrosse Center. We were lucky that when we were leaving to go there that the bus showed up. We had no idea that there was a shuttle bus.

Easy to find and get in and out of parking lot. The heating/cooling units had a fan only option- liked it a lot. The bed was comfortable, if not on the small side. Didn't look like a queen but it worked. The morning breakfast was great and well maintained. The tables were kept clean and the area as well.

When we checked in, there was a block of 3 rooms and a 4th, my room-handicap. The rooms got mixed up some how and had to redo the check in on mine and another person's room for the correct pricing and room. We asked the person at the front desk about places to eat and he said her didn't know but could Google it for it. Found out later that night that in the hallway, there's a map with lights and directions to restaurants in the area. The room I was in was handicap, which I wanted, but the bathroom has the toilet paper is a bad spot with the screws needing to be screwed in. The pool was closed!

the woman who does the breakfast was the friendliest and kindest person. she absolutely made our stay the best. we would go back just to see her.

our doorknob was broken and it was kind of a fiasco.
