Clarion Hotel & Suites

Room was clean and comfortable. King size bed was comfortable. Great access to amenities. Good sized bathroom with tub/shower - good showerhead. Good lighting, plenty of outlets. Refrigerator and coffee machine worked fine - did not try the microwave.

Did not care for the pillows - 5 or 6 of them on the bed and all were too squishy. Main door did not open smoothly - it would catch on something and was noisy when opened. One of the closet doors did not close properly. But none of these were major issues.

Hotel was great, very clean, staff was fantastic at check-in. Hotel had an outdoor pool that was more than I expected with slide and waterfall. Indoor pool there as well. Pillows were awesome! I would highly recommend this hotel.

I only had one negative and that was that the beds were really firm and I don't necessarily like firm beds.

I enjoyed the large size of the king sized room with pull out bed. It was great for me and 2 kiddos. The indoor pool area was so much fun for my small children.

Our room smelled like smoke and I couldn't tell if it was because there was a smokers area outside of it or maybe the people below us had a patio and smoked. It smelled SO bad and was a bit suffocating. I was disappointed by the lack of enforcement on mask wearing at the restaurant. It seemed like just my family and the wait staff were wearing them and especially when a buffet was available - it was a little gross. Seating was also surprising and there was ZERO social distancing and everyone was crammed in the room maskless.

Nice pool/water park area. Considering this is a family oriented place with a water park, we had no issues with noise at night. It was very quite and we slept well. Loved the balconies on our rooms.

The room was fine for the the two of us, but it would have been a tight fit for a family. Very little floor space to move around the beds.

The staff! Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Every staff would stop and say good morning to us and they had a smile on their faces. I like this hotel smaller waterpark for littles. Great location and offers everything you need on a family vacation

The beds could be softer

Room was very clean. Looked dated but clean. Most the staff was friendly and helpful. They have coupons and discounts to local attractions, fun pool area for kids.

Rooms seem dated. I feel like the hotel aims for a more vintage or Victorian which is fine however the door knobs/handles and sliding deck doors should see replacing. The bathroom was stuffy, and personally for privacy and security I think it’d be a good idea to have dividers on the decks. That said I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel overall was clean and quiet. The beds were surprisingly comfortable; I slept really well. My kids, 7 & 11 loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom was a bit small but acceptable, not much more room than to get undressed and shower but overall the room was a decent size. The restaurant that's attached is a bit pricey for the quality of the buffet; my son barely ate.

If you want to enjoy a pool without paying waterpark resort prices, then this is the place. Great for toddlers not so much for bigger kids or adults who wants big slides & other waterpark features.

The room was a great size! The coffee pot wasn't working, but I called and they had a new one brought to my room within 15 minutes. They brought additional towels and toiletries without being asked.

When we went to breakfast we had two parties that wanted to sit together but pay separately. No one advised us that sitting together would cause a charge and the waitress wasn't very understanding when I asked about it.

Very reasonable prices and the pool area is very nice! I think if your looking for something comfortable, affordable and family friendly this is a great option
