Our stay was very nice. The staff was extra friendly and helpful. The lobby was very open & inviting. A good place to play cards and gather. The breakfast was good. Our room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. It was a bonus to have extra hooks on which to hang coats, clothes & towels in the room & bathroom. It was also within walking distance to several places to eat.

The only downfall, which was very minor, because we didn't spend much time in the room was there was only one chair.

The rear door handle is installed upside down so you have to push it up. There are no instruction about this. The hotel directions on google take you to the address 981 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy but not to the hotel which is 981 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy S (we just used the Hampton Inn as our point) There is no bench for smokers at the rear door It would be wonderful to have an outdoor pool

Good selection for breakfast items. Adequate time frame for breakfast serving hours. Plenty of seating area.

Jeepers, I would have thought you'd have a hot tub. :( Pool water was too cool!! Only 1 elevator was working, so for mornings we had to wait awhile to get an elevator. After my shower I dripped water on the bathroom floor, so I wiped it up. The washcloth from the wipe-up was filthy. How often do you clean the floors in the room?

Nice and clean. Great location.

The breakfast could be better. Would be nice to have a microwave in room. I didn’t want to eat my food downstairs and by the time I made it back upstairs my food was cold. I ate breakfast at a restaurant the next morning. For my room to be called a suite it was very small for the price.

Craig checked us in. I wouldn’t usually remember someone’s name in this situation, but his professionalism really gave a feel he was checking is in at the Ritz Carlton.

Would have preferred one king bed rather than 2 queens. I usually request this, but I may have forgotten.

Location, pretty, clean, nice lobby, happy hour but we missed it, breakfast w good coffee, good fresh fruits, assortment of things( had coffee and fruit), nice people at desk, pool looked nice, gym looked ok…

1 of the 2 rooms was stuffy and the 2 in that room couldn’t quite control the temp: too hot or too cold and stayed stuffy

The bed was not super comfortable. There were no extra pillows or blankets available in the room. Also only a few gluten free options for breakfast. Please add some gf bread, baked goods , separate package cereal & non dairy milk and yogurt.

Contemporary, upbeat vibe; spacious breakfast area: nothing superfluous but everything essential readily available; quiet and relaxing experience overall.

An in-room coffeemaker would have made waking up easier, prior to venturing downstairs for breakfast.

The hotel was clean, most of the staff were nice, the breakfast was really good and had lots of options.

The person who checked us out wasn't very nice. He didn't greet us, and seemed annoyed.

The location, the breakfast was decent, and the service was pretty good.

The room already seemed to have maintenance issues months after opening (a crooked hook and a floor tile peeling up). The price was also high for the area, being 10-20 dollars higher than hotels with similar amenities.
