Very nice resort, lot of activities and things to do. Room was nice and clean, pools were clean and well maintained as well as the beach, overall good resort, location, and enjoyable stay!

The staff didn't seem very friendly or helpful, always seeming to do bare the minimum required. And if you had a question they either didn't know or seemed inconvenienced. But thanks to the quality of the facility I didn't need their assistance more than a couple times. The obstacle course on the lake was disgusting! covered with goose poop, it was gross! I understand that you can't keep the birds from landing on it but then it should be cleaned regularly.

I really liked the location on the lake. The pools, hot tubs, playground and outdoor area were really nice. I loved that there were grills and firepits for us to use as well. I liked that the pools were open late too. I liked that you get to go to the Natura too which was included with the stay. The staff (front desk/ grounds keeper/housekeeping) were all very friendly as well.

One of our rooms was in the hotel, it was a king w/jacuzzi and it was in the basement with no windows, didn't like that at all (other rooms we had were in the motel, double tiki). I don't like that you could go to the Natura but still had to pay for parking. The rooms were a little outdated (but I still liked the tiki rooms). Wish the checkout time was a little later.

The location of the resort is excellent. It is right on lake Delton, with a private beach and swim area. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to most of the surrounding attractions. The floating obstacle course was a blast. The indoor and outdoor pool were very nice. There is also a firepit area, playground equipment and bbq areas that were nice features. The balcony was a nice feature and had a great view.

The room itself was ok - nothing special. The room felt dated. There were some carpet stains and peeling paint in areas. The TV and appliances all felt older. The plumbing fixtures are budget quality. The game room downstairs is a nice touch, but I'm not sure it qualifies as an "arcade" as it is advertised.

I was pleased to see they were able to provide life jackets for use on the lake. The hotel itself was very clean with very comfortable beds. The sand on the beach was very soft.

Providing a continental breakfast would have been nice. The carpet on our balcony had a large hole in it and was very worn. One of the inflatables on the lake was covered with goose feces which was really disappointing. You could tell they never had anyone clean or sanitize it. The inflatables were one of the key reasons we selected Aloha Beach. The beach was a little smaller than I thought it would be.

Location to the water. The available things to use. Kayaks, fire pits, floating obstacle course, pool, the beach. Our rooms were great location to the beach. Location to downtown Dells was good. Size of room was nice. Parking a big plus! Liked that the water park is included with the room.

The rooms did have an odd overall odor. Almost mildew-ey, but it is a room right by the water. The rooms had a lot of flies. Could probably install door blowers to stop bugs a bit or screen doors on inside. Of the only 5 kayaks 2 were broken. But having them there was still nice. I

I'd stay there again because it's right on the lake. Plus it had multiple pools and hot tubs. It's not far from downtown Dells. The staff was nice and the room was comfortable.

I think the carpet can use some updating. Not everyone rinses the sand off their feet and proceed to walk on the carpet. I stayed 5 nights. I think it was a little pricey compared to other hotels but you can't beat being right on the lake.

It is so nice. Although the outside was not yet ready for summer travelers ...it is so rare to have indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs..also a kiddie pool and a beautiful beach and playground. And the floating apparatus to play on. I came with my 4 year old granddaughter. It was perfect. We live in the area but I would use this again as a little get away

Be careful when booking..you are told things on phone then it changes when you get there. I was told I could pay cash then I was told that only applies for the second day. She blamed the misinformation on a trainee. Also I inquired for booking certain rooms for June fathers day weekend and was told that couldn't be done. Too bad

We liked the option of indoor and outdoor pool and also a beach and 2 playground areas.

The check in time is very late if you have little ones. Also last year our granddaughter was able to use the lake fun equipment. This year we got all ready to swim out and were told you have to be 6! She was disappointed and there was nothing around to state this change. Charging 25.00 for a 4 year old wrist band also seems excessive. Especially if you won't let her use some facilities or go kayaking with a parent. Also replace rusty handicap bar in pool restroom

Room was clean, the jacuzzi was great, location is very close to the action but not too close. They also reimbursed my cancelation fee when I got Covid and had to postpone my stay, which was very kind.

There was no comfortable furniture in the room aside from the bed and the pillows were low-quality. Also, the courtyard spotlight was pointed almost directly into our window and there was no way to block out the light. Finally, I found it difficult to communicate with the staff. Not their fault, but the clerk's accent was so thick that I couldn't really understand what was being asked of me.

We incredibly appreciated how mellow and accessible the place was. We had stayed at the wilderness on the lake condos previously, which was great too, but we took full advantage of the quiet motel Aloha vibe, the proximity and relation to more natural attractions like the steam train, the lake, the river, the lost canyon tour, land of natura!!, and the river walk and root beer museum. And coffee places. Anyway, we had a wonderful time.
