it was fresh and clean. all new bath fixtures and hardware. well-lit parking lot.

elevator was slooowww. breakfast didn’t start until 6:30, so I never got to try it. I need to leave by 6:15 for work.

I liked that the room door closed quietly. The breakfast was very good, as an included breakfast. Bathroom design, living suite, refrigerator, were adequate for our usage.

Room was so humid, the carpet felt moist, the towels never dried, bedsheets must've been only partly cotton, these bed clothes layering gets so messy to sleep under, just too many decorative couch toss pillows. We needed a quiet room but were in the room right next to the stairwell and whoever was in there, even the wall shook, like some giant pounding the stairs and loud hallway running thumping. Guests talking in hallway after hours was loud.

This was our 2’nd stay at this facility, as documented we were exceptionally happy with the super friendly staff , cleanliness ,size of room etc but this time it was quite noisy as could here loud laughter from room next door, and any time of the day and into the late eve could here a child running up and down .from room above.

The room was well appointed, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great and the kitchen staff was very friendly.

The front desk staff could have been a bit friendlier. I mentioned to her that the common ladies room needed some attention and she said they will clean it today...no urgency. If someone tells you it needs attention you should act on that. It is a reflection on the overall cleanliness of the facility.

We loved our stay...bathroom and rooms are very big...Clean..great breakfast..friendly staff...we would recommend to others..

Only thing was a small fridge..everything else was amazing

The location is good, not to far from anything. Breakfast had different selection each day. Friendly staff.

The room wasn't so clean. The shower curtain was very short and everytime we showered all the water poured out. Beds aren't so comfy.

breakfast was a nice perk. big closet was nice to have to store away suitcases and purchases made. loved having a separate living space with the fridge and microwave.

I wasn't sure if there was a fan in the bathroom and it just wasn't working but it would be nice to have. especially since the bathroom is located at the foot of the bed.

property location was great within 10 min of parks we were going to

the front desk person at arrival was not at the desk for more than 10 min, I called the hotel and could hardly hear the person on the other end and then the front desk guy appeared from a hallway.we had called ahead to announce late arrival.

Everything was great.

Get rid of the carpet in the rooms. Felt old and dirty. Vinyl plank wood look flooring would look and feel so much better. All staff was great. But especially the morning housekeeping.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Our refrigerator wasn't working and it was taken care of quickly.

The lobby did have a bit of a chlorine smell, but it wasn't too horrible.
