Excellent swimming pool, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff were the highlight. The extra couch and chairs were very comfortable. The argan oil shampoo and soap provided were excellent. Housekeeping was provided only by request, but our requests were met quickly and efficiently.

The bed was comfortable but not quite firm enough for two people. Would have preferred a bit firmer mattress. Also the bathroom fan might be going out, it was making a loud noise.

I have stayed at the Best Western East Towne Suites several times and the hotel never disappoints. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and the hotel is quiet. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The flat screen TV swivels and worked perfectly. The water pressure is good in the shower and sink, The shampoo and body wash smelled great. The breakfast provided is a full meal: eggs, potatoes, meats, waffles as well as cold items such as hard cooked eggs and yogurt parfaits. There is a toaster and several choices of bread as well as coffee, teas and juices, Everything is fresh and the area is very clean. The breakfast host constantly wiped down and sanitized the tables. The staff is always friendly and helpful, especially Jaime, at the front desk. The gentleman who prepared and serviced the breakfast was also very personable and helpful. The price for a night’s stay is very inexpensive considering all the the hotel provides it’s guests.

Here is NOTHING that could be done better at the BW East Towne Suites.

We always stay here when we come to Madison. The suites accommodate our needs. Shopping and restaurants are close for convenience. It has easy access on and off the interstate. Staff is always friendly and the breakfasts are delicious. Nice pool area.

Staff was very friendly/helpful. The room was bigger than we expected. The location was great for our visit. Workout room+, Parking options+, Good value!

The fan in the bathroom won’t make it through the week and it sounded like it.

I loved that there was fridge and microwave in my room. I also loved the dispensers in the shower so there aren't all those little bottles killing the environment.

The room was across from the pool - it was a bit noisy.

water in shower leaked out of the washroom. shower head had a lot lime and was clogged and couldn’t use all the options for that shower head. I told the young lady a the front desk she gave me some consideration

The location is terrific. It's a good place to stay when traveling with a pet.

Bed was okay I guess--just pretty lumpy and squeaky. Breakfast was sufficient--but not anywhere near as nice as before. I understand there are staffing issues--but breakfast is one of the things I often look forward to. I was disappointed this time around.

Breakfast was very good. The shower was hot and relaxing. Didn't get a chance to get in the pool but it looked great. The staff was so helpful and nice
