Fantastic Second-to-None service!!!!!n From the check in staff at the front desk, the room staff and to the arrival/auto attendants they were ALL knowledgable and friendly. Will not go anywhere else when I return!

There were three of us in a room Wish we would have had more coffee left by the room staff-that said if qwe called for additional coffee, towels they were there in a flash

The motel was extremely quiet and the rooms were very nice. We had adjoining rooms and we couldn't hear a thing from one room to the next. The staff was helpful and friendly, lots of room to lounge around in the lobby. I would come back.

I was disappointed that there was no continental breakfast. That would have been a bonus. My group did not want to order a breakfast off a menu. Would rather have grabbed up a muffin or a piece of toast. We stayed for 3 nights and ran out of coffee and the gal at the desk had to really scrounge around to come up with a few packets. She said they must be out. One more thing, you need to put some glasses in the bathroom for teeth brushing and rinsing.

The bar and dining area was so inviting. Newly renovated. We sat by a fireplace in our own little group. Really cozy during an ice storm. The food was beyond expectations . We decided to eat at the hotel instead of going out because others meals looked so tempting. My personal fave was the pool. Room was large, clean. Bathroom was beautiful. Overall a perfect location for the airport because the next days weather was treacherous. Would look forward to another stay there.

Absolutely nothing. Only that we had to leave by 5:00 am to catch our flight.

We stayed here while moving our daughter into UW Madison. The hotel was extremely clean and staff was very friendly. While I would normally leave it here, I want to add the housekeeping was like no other! We got home 2 days later and I got a call from our daughter. She left her EarPods in the hotel (find my EarPods located them there). She went by and had to return the next day b/c the cleaning staff had left for the day. She went back the next day and to my surprise, they were in lost and found. Sadly in todays world, we didn't expect her to find them. A HUGE thank you for the kind person who cleaned our room and left them in a safe place! We will definitely be returning customers!

Everything..The restaurants were fabulous. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was so nice. The lobby was large and beautiful. The pool area and exercise room were large and wonderful. All the people at the front desk were very helpful. I want to give a shout out to Emily at the front desk. Great stay. We will be back.

The property and room was great. They seemed a bit understaffed. I understand that due to COVID, room service was restricted but they should have stocked the room better with items such as washcloths, toilet paper, tissues, coffee, etc. This would have prevented us going to the front desk multiple times or asking the room cleaning staff to give us extra supplies.

The property itself was great. The breakfast was very limited and catered mostly to people who would order things like eggs Benedict. We were ill from an undefined gastrointestinal issue during the stay and a simple bowl of oatmeal would have been nice.

Really nice facilities, very friendly and helpful staff, easy location.

Everything was great but actually would've loved a buffet breakfast. Threw me off a little I had to buy breakfast and we didn't have time. But that's on me for not checking the booking info carefully.

Everything! the property was so clean and tidy. It felt very open and welcoming

The only thing that we did not like about the property was the streaming abilities. Since we had a small child, we spent a lot of time in the room and would have preferred more options to login into different streaming options.

The beds were sooo comfortable, super clean room. It was nice and quiet. No craziness in the hallways. Although there could have been since the badger game was that evening

The window placement over the lobby. If the bottom section of window was covered we wouldn't worry about people seeing in room while sitting below.

Fantastic service. Kenisha was able to get me into a room sooner than the check in time an the check in was super speedy. Room comfy. Temp great slept good. Would stay again.

Parking would be an issue. There was a big group for a wedding party staying there an it's not the hotels fault but I ended up having to park a ways away.
