The price

The urinal cake smell in the room. Not sure if that is supposed to be a room freshener or what but it was horrible. Also, our room was right above the building central air unit and it was very very loud and went on & off all night. Our room was an adjoining room with unknown neighbors next door. They had an infant that cried several times in the middle of the night and due the adjoining room door, the baby sounded like it was actually in our room. No sound buffer whatsoever. The room was spacious and seemed clean but during the day you could see the heavy layer of dust all over. We booked last minute and got a great deal but had I paid full price for this room I really would have been unhappy. They need to do something about that urinal cake smell ASAP.

We've actually been here longer than the 4 planned days because the house we were purchasing fell through. I have NEVER met more accommodating, friendly, hardworking hotel staff. EVER! I believe this La Quinta is managed or owned by a family. And, they are wonderful. They've empathized with our situation, ALWAYS have a smile and polite greeting for us, and they are right on top of any needs (towels, bedding, key to laundry, etc.) without hesitation or negative response. When you encounter people who are respectful, decent, and kind, you really appreciate it. Especially when you're already frazzled from things going wrong elsewhere. Btw, the rooms are beyond clean. Housekeeping staff is on it!

The internet connectivity is weak. They need to redo that to provide blanket coverage (an easy fix), the shower water pressure is not the best, but not the worst either, and they could switch up breakfast a bit (that would be cool.) Overall, I can't see any reason not to recommend a stay here.

very happy with my stay! kind staff, easy to have dog with me, basic continental breakfast, lots of pillows, comfy bed, fridge/freezer & microwave, and a little 24/7 “market” by front desk with a few basic snacks/candy. overall nothing fancy (except renovated lobby looks super nice’) but perfect for my needs and price point! would absolutely stay here again. 1000x better than the hotel I was in the previous night and only $20 more

only thing I could mention is that the bathroom tub was a bit stained (dirty appearing but clearly cleaned). everything else was really clean though and otherwise no complaints! I think they’re renovating too so hopefully new bathtubs!

This was a good option for our business trip. The location in a business park area is really quiet, but food options are nearby and interstate access is very convenient. The price point is good for lodging of this type. Our room was comfortable and internet worked well. Desk staff were very nice and handled some minor issues quickly and efficiently, with a smile.

The room was really short on electrical outlets and some didn't work well. The one in the bathroom kept shutting off. Efforts had been made to remedy the shortage by adding outlets on the desk edge, but they were too far away to plug in a bedside phone. The decor throughout the facility is really dated and looks worn. The breakfast is....edible.

The bedding is comfortable. TV has plenty of options. Efforts have been made to supply more functional and conveninet outlets by adding some to the desk edge. HVAC worked well and was quiet. The location is convenient, and the staff efficient and friendly. They made a quick job of splitting the room charge - traveling for work, rooming together to keep costs down - and handled a minor booking issue promptly. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet at night but close to dining options and easy interstate access.

The facility itself is showing its age. The decor is dated and carpets show spotting and wear. The rooms need more functional outlets. We had trouble with the bathroom outlet, and some gymnastics were required to plug a phone in at bedside. HVAC unit at the end of the hall roars like a train. Breakfast is so-so. The staffers are trying very hard but one morning the eggs were cold.

Gentleman at the desk was very nice.

The repairs you have had done are a bit sub par in areas. Example Flooring was not caulked along the tub, you will loose that flooring sooner. The one main issue I have had on my multiple stays is inconsistency of performance of TV's and connection. I talked to Desk and it sounds as if people hooking up game machines is the issue. I'd suggest cross traing cleaning staff to check at clean.

The inside of the building was newly renovated & was very nice & very clean. The staff was friendly & very helpful. The area is beautiful & felt very safe. Lots of things to do in the area.

We did have an issue with the shower drain not draining properly. We had to ask for a luggage stand that is usually in the room & the glass plate was missing in the microwave. We think it was removed when cleaning & not replaced.

Breakfast was good, room was clean . Very roomy, bathroom was also very spacious. Nice and quiet.

Pool was real loud, lots of kids. Like the fact pool was open until 12am . Maybe the kids should only have access until 10 pm and the last two hours open should be adult time

We enjoyed our stay. We met my daughter and her fiance' there for a Saturday hangout as this was a halfway point between their house and ours. The rooms were comfy and the living room area in the room was great for all 4 of us to play board games and cards. They were also able to give us rooms next to each other. The pool and hot area was great and I loved that the pool stayed open until midnight so that we could actually enjoy it without a bunch of kids being in the pool.

I didn't like that the breakfast is still shut down

Our room Was newly remodeled on the 4 th floor. It was very clean and had lots of room. The pool and bar area are very nice also

Although the room was remodeled the king sized bed was very old. It sank in the middle It didn’t cause us any problems but I would recommend new mattresses to go with the new room
