Cozy, comfy, and clean. Micro and mini fridge. Very private. Screens on door and all windows for delightful fresh air. Located within walking distance to the Zoo Park. Nice staff. Excellent value.
Lamp shade on bedside table in need of replacement (old and worn). Window sills and screens needed vacuuming, but not a deal-breaker.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Air was on when I arrived. I could not believe that being so close to a main road in town that there was no traffic noise. Very quiet - Bed was comfortable and pillows awesome. (I usually pack my pillow from home but did not on this trip and did not miss it since the pillows were awesome!) Easy to book and definitely worth the cost. I will stay here again if my travels are in the Marshfield area.
Room was musty from not being aired out. It did help that the air was on and after several hours, I could not smell the mustiness. The outlet for the hair dryer did not work. I left a note for the owners when I dropped off the key. Overall I will stay again and recommend this accommodation for travelers.

It was nice to have a chair outside our room, but as a couple, it would have been even better if we each could have had one .But overall the room was very clean, smelt good, and the air conditioning worked well. It was even on when we checked in.
It would have been nice to have a picnic table or two on thier nice big lawn, after all it is a "park" motel.

Only minor inconveniences. No room for toiletries by the sink, adding a floating shelf would be helpful. Volume control on TV remote did not work.

They charged more for the pet fee than what was listed in the dog show premium but overall the park motel is comfortable and safe motel to stay at. And a great Mexican restaurant right across the road !
