Best Western Premier Bridgewood Hotel Resort

Pool area was spacious and super fun for our 4 kids, liked the attached restaurant, room as relatively spacious -- helpful to have a room separate from the "living space" which contained the queen beds. Also, additional sink/mirror/counter in the main space of the room, as well as the microwave and fridge in the room was super convenient.

Room could have been a bit cleaner -- disgusting part of the floor next to the shower. The mattress pad on the pull out couch was questionable at best. Mattress of pull out couch was not very comfortable. Pool towels were not restocked as often as necessary, but assume that is a staffing issue. Would've been really nice to recieve a discount at the restaurant on meals other than breakfast.

the manager was awesome so very helpful with the many times I called to check on our room! He was also super helpful with suggestions on things to do as a family around the area! Love the large pool with basketball hoops and balls provided to shoot hoops. the water temperature was great not to warm not to cold! we have always loved the fact that this hotel has an indoor and out door hot tub, it makes it even better in the winter to have that! we had a family suite and by far the room was so great we will definitely be coming back for this type of suite in the future!!!! our beds were comfy, room to move, clean! loved the fact that the rooms had a door to close for privacy, the head boards had neat lighting behind the headboard making it for a nice movie watching setting.

Grand round bartenders were not super happy with coming into the area to order shakes to take back to our rooms. seemed irritated. just could not justify having it delivered to our room when we were in the same hotel as the restaurant. other then that felt it was neat the hotel had a coupon for breakfast for the next morning to dine there.

The king suite was fantastic! I could have definitely done an extended stay in that room. Was perfect as the meeting space for all of our family staying in several rooms. The suite had a lot of space and the private bedroom was a plus.

Not a really a big deal, but the steps on both slides could have a better surface. Both were extremely slippery and several kids fell.

Friendly staff, spacious room with fridge, sink, and microwave. Decent coffee. Pretty quiet. The kids love the pool area, something for all ages.

We stayed here one other time and the room was immaculate. This time not so much. Coffee cups weren't clean, there was stains on the couch and chairs, crushed food behind one of the beds. Counter by the sink wasn't clean. The beds and bedding were though as well as the bathroom and towels. We will definitely still return. The pool area chlorine smell seems very strong, but at least it's clean. The pillows are also flat, so if you have a finicky neck like I do, just bring yours and you'll be fine.

We love everything about this place! The restaurant attached was good. We ate there for lunch and dinner. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and had great customer service. Our room had jacuzzi with a king size bed and a beautiful bathroom with all the little things to keep us comfortable. We love the fireplace and big screen TV as well.

That we had to leave.

We have stayed her numerous times in the past. The rooms have had some nice updates! The Ground Round restaurant and bar is very convenient, and the staff is outstanding. It’s a family friendly hotel, with a pool, outdoor hot tub, and a golf course on the grounds. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

The property was great! It’s the lack of respect other guests have for each other that was disappointing. Travel tip: Don’t let your toddlers run the halls at 6:30am. And please don’t plan your agenda in the hallway with 3 room doors open. There is a fabulous lobby and seating area for that.

The king fireplace spa suite, the bathrobes and nice showers. Great pool area for the kids.

The large groups of people taking over both hot tubs, the pool. People leaving empty beer cans and booze shooters all over outside by the outdoor hot tub, especially with lots of kids running around.

My dad traveled with us and needed to use a wheelchair. The staff was extra helpful in providing that for him. All staff were very kind and courteous. We were also provided adjoining rooms with our son and his family which was very helpful since they have small children.

For the cost it would be nice to have breakfast included.

Pool area was great. The kids loved the play area and slide. Mom and dad loved the outdoor hot tub. The room was nice, good size, shower pressure was excellent. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Helped us with many little things and were very kind to our littles.

The king size bed was not very comfortable and the TV was kind of hard to navigate. Nothing deal breaking though.

The room was nice the pool area was nice. Enjoyed the resturaunt and bar. Also that area between the hotel and resturaunt was so pretty

The outdoor hot tub jets needed to be fixed half didn't work and it needed to be warmer
