Most all was good, the bathroom had a fan that didn't work, the bathroom was small and sink area was small. Of course there was so daily cleanup service but if we needed additional towels they were supplied to us. The kitchen was fine, good food, hot, everything was clean, plenty of room and tables. It was quite hot in the pool area, too hot for us. But it looked clean and the kids were having fun.

The room itself could have been larger, the fridge was quite small, but I figured you get what you pay for so you can't complain. All in all it certainly didn't put a damper on our visit.

The suite we had was spacious and clean and looked as though it’d been remodeled recently. The mattresses aren’t very comfortable unfortunately. Breakfast was good, lots of options and it was 100% stocked the whole time. We were surprised at the exterior of the property as it’s a Best Western and they are usually pretty stringent about upkeep. The exterior had peeling paint, the margins along the side of the parking lot were just tall weeds and there were 2 utility sheds that were in deteriorated condition. None of that really bothers us, the hotel was nice inside, but for some it may leave a bad impression just based on the outside.

The room was comfortable and clean, and offered great value for the price. The online listing had not made it clear that breakfast would be included; but we were happy to find that it was included, and it was better than we've seen at other, similar hotels in our past travels. We chose the hotel partly because it was listed as pet-friendly, and we encountered no difficulties trying there with our dog.

The exterior looks a bit shabby, and the location (across from a discount shopping mall) has none of the Door County charm. But, considering the low room rate, we could easily overlook these minor issues.

Location to all things Door County and Sturgeon Bay.

The pool and hot tub were not well maintained. The water in the pool was cloudy and the pool floor was very slippery from being dirty. The hot tub/ spa was foamy and the jets were not very powerful. The disappointing thing was we were there for multiple days with no attempt to rectify the cleanliness after we mentioned it to the front desk.

Location was good breakfast was good room was clean ! Staff was friendly.

Strong bleach smell in room ..pool looked cloudy and had bubbles on top ..didn't use was unsure of water quality...it may have been fine but didn't want to take a chance. The cords from the TV and microwave were pretty loose..moved microwave just a tad and cord fell out of outlet.

The location was close to downtown; it was quiet and the room was comfortable. The continental breakfast was mostly prepackaged items but was still ok and was nice to have on a busy schedule.

The jets in the hot tub didn't work and someone who had parked their bike right outside our room window, was smoking and drinking vodka before leaving the establishment.

We decided last-minute to stay overnight on a holiday weekend. Glad we did! Location is easy to access. Room was large and comfy, very clean. Good size fridge, with an actual freezer. Very helpful. Nice bed and pillows.

Breakfast was just okay. Would have been nice to add oatmeal to the food choices. There are places nearby that offer breakfast, so it wasn't a huge deal.

The location is great and for the most part the staff was friendly.

The breakfast wasn't the best, prepackaged, and heated up sandwiches. The space is awkward. The one lady yelling the breakfast area appeared grumpy and not very friendly.

Staff were outstanding. Pleasant, helpful, never minded us asking questions .

Would have liked a few extra pillows. ButbI didn't ask for.them, so no fault of staff.

Breakfast sandwiches were hot and I noticed they were always restocked as they got low.

I was confused by your choice of photos in the room. There were only pictures above beds. One was B/W and portrait- style; while the other was in color and horizontal. Both were nautical but I felt they should have both been horizontal or both vertical!🙃
