Location was ideal. Beds were comfortable. nice to have a balcony. Alexandria, the employee at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful.

I called the front desk and someone, not Alexandria, told me that because I was a booking.com visitor, I couldn’t be choosy about the room or the fact that there is not an elevator. My friend had recently had surgery and it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Hallways and carpet need remodeling.

The entire place was extremely clean! Simple coffee bar in the lobby with really good coffee and a variety of add-ins to choose from. Great location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, a public beach, bike rental location, etc. Very quiet atmosphere. Friendly people willing to go the extra mile. Absolutely would stay again if we go back to the area.

Room was convenient size. Liked the kitchenette, double shower heads, balcony, very clean . Location was perfect for all that we wanted to do. Fish Creek was our favorite of all the places we visited. Took a water cruise in the evening. Fish boils in town and plenty of places to eat and shop. Went to Sister Bay just miles down the road as well as Egg Habor. Visited Sturgeon Bay too. Orchards and wineries were close by.

It would have been nice if there was an elevator. We were on the 2nd floor, but that was ok. If you were a much older customer, that may have been difficult for them. No breakfast, but coffee always at our disposal and there's a restaurant right next door serving breakfast and lunch.

All the little towns are so close together and so much to do in each one. Could go anywhere from hotel and not go far. The hotel had a small fridge and a nice little deck outside each room as well as an indoor pool

We took the trip before the season really opened up so we're limited in places to go to. Storm forecasted so decided to leave earlier in the day. But knew the season wasn't open when we booked it and enjoyed just driving thru to check out the area.

The location is excellent and the staff are friendly. Sitting on the balcony was very pleasant and the evenings were quiet.

We missed having the breakfast option. Even a selection of pastries would have made a positive difference. The carpets in our rooms were not in great condition and the bathtubs drained slowly. Maintenance did address the slow drain issue promptly, however.

nice location and friendly staff. liked that there was a pool and hottub inside and out. comfortable bed and liked the fridge had a small freezer spot so I could keep my ice pack frozen for trip home. liked the seating area so I could eat outside my room. liked the bike storage area.

not enough parking. needs more outlets close to bed or alarm clock with outlets. no continental breakfast. needed a dirty clothes/ laundry bag. unable to extend stay without charging an exorbitant amount and changing rooms.

quiet, clean, close to family reunion, could ride bike easily in Peninsula State Park, could walk to town and beach quickly

something smelled bad in the hallways. we chose this place instead of Julie’s next door because it didn’t accept animals. but hallways smelled like dogs had been there. sad, too, that they didn’t provide anything for breakfast. I know it’s Covid era, but even the holiday Inn’s on the way had breakfast for us.

I liked having two rooms with a bedroom door. The shower was great and loved having the fireplace in the sitting area. Also enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The pool was small but the hot tub was great!

It would have been nice to have continental breakfast.

We loved how close it was to everything! Julie's Cafe was delicious! Everyone was so kind when we checked in.

There was just a weird smell in the hallway, but that can be expected I guess as it is winter and all the wet traffic coming onto the carpet. It did not enter our room, so it did not bother us. We will definitely be going back.

The staff was exceptionally nice. I felt almost as if I was talking with a friend. The room was exceptionally clean. Not a speck of dust anywhere. Loved that we could open the windows and let in the fresh air, and the private balcony was a such a nice place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Loved the location. Bike rental place right across the street and entrance to Peninsula State Park just down the block. Loved the indoor pool!
