Lovely property in nice part of town. Staff friendly and supportive, breakfast enjoyable and good other facilities such as pool and laundry room. This was my second long stay here within 3 months.

These are more recommendations than criticisms. I was in a disability room for 9 days - seems odd to assign that to me when I don't have a disability. I don't like open hanging areas - preferred a cupboard as it looks tidier. Rooms very large and would be good if they have a lounge chair. Shower gasket in bathroom edge was broken resulting in water spilling into the general bathroom area. Room would be improved by also having a baggage stand rather than having them on the floor.

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, beds were very comfortable (not too hard or soft), room was spacious. Location of the hotel was very good (near everything). Patio area was very nice (many hotels don't have such a place). Sound proofing was very good (could hardly heard other rooms). And Two Rivers is a great place to visit!

Breakfast was not as good as many hotels we have stayed at. I would mention that as an older person, I would prefer a bar in the shower at approximately chest height (something to consider for your future construction.)

Extremely clean (and I am fussy) and comfortable room and bathroom. The lobby was clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

We checked in at 1:30 am after a traveling all day, but still had to check out at 11 am, as were told no late check out could be accommodated, even though check in isn’t until 3 pm, which would give them still plenty of time to clean if we checked out an hour later. I could understand this if many people checked in late and wanted late check outs, but we were the only one there so late.

Location was nice and the facilities were pretty good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would be happy to stay again if I travel to the area. I liked that it was a few blocks from the beach and near some restaurants.

The breakfast options were minimal, and we decided to leave and find breakfast elsewhere. Although the rooms were pretty comfortable, we had difficulty getting the room thermostat comfortable- always too hot or too cold.

The entire staff are a prime example of friendly, hospitable and bend over backwards to be helpfull. The place is very clean and generally in good condition.

A little pricey for the room. Our room in particular could use a little TLC. 107. Very squeaky hinges, water pressure in the shower is mediocre at best. The water barrier at the bottom of the shower is shot. That said, it was still a good stay.

Location was good as we were in walking distance to wedding in town as well as beach and lakeshore. Suite room was roomy and clean. Lakeside view was nice. Staff was pleasant despite a few hiccups that seemed beyond their control.

We were in handicapped accessible room although not needed or requested. Not a big deal other than clothes rack was over the safe and too low to allow room to hang clothes. Hotel was out of soap and there was no soap in the room. How does that happen? Needed to wash a grandson's blanket and guest washing machine was not working. Lots of young kids in our party and no waffle mix in breakfast room either morning.

Our room was very nice and spacious; cleaning was done well. Housekeeping was agreeable to not clean our rooms each day, but only change out dirty towels for clean towels. The staff was very friendly. Hotel seemed secure and safe.

Breakfast! Choices weren't bad, but items ran out often. Examples: no cups for coffee or milk, waffle batter ran out each day I was there (but only partially filled), hot foods ran out with an hour left of breakfast hours, etc. This hotel needs to get a second person to maintain the breakfast area on high demand time periods (like 4th of July). Also, the area was a bit cramped; the area was not spread out enough for the items on the breakfast bar. Also, mattresses did not offer the best support; they were a bit "bouncy".

The young lady at the front desk was very accommodating and nice. Felt welcomed. Large one bedroom suite which was clean and had plenty of room. The view from our window overlooked the harbor into lake Michigan. A very peaceful and practical hotel.

Not a big issue but the bar for happy hour was closed. Would have of been nice to have a drink and sit on their patio viewing the lake.

Breakfast included gravy yet no biscuit. There weren't but a few options, sounded good but was small. Regular coffee seems to be in high demand bc decaf was ready. The pot for regular was often empty. There was an error when checking out that caused a charge to our checking account, which placed a hold on money needed to travel with. They were quick to correct but it still took a day or two.

Staff was friendly and check in and out was easy. It was a basic hotel room; two beds, a couple TVs, small fridge and microwave. Room appeared to be clean. Pool was small, but kids enjoyed it. Continental breakfast was pretty good.

The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The bathroom seemed small and crowded: the placement of the toilet paper holder was awkward in the arrangement (must have to be a contortionist to reach it...). To have four people in this room particularly to get ready for a wedding, it was a bit crowded. The room doors literally slammed shut. Walls seemed to be pretty thin: could hear people giggling a few doors down when in the hallway.
