This location was very good for us as we were mainly in the area to spend time in Door County. As this property is on the eastern side of Green Bay, it made it simple for us to get to Door County without having to deal with lots of city traffic. Very simple on/off of the freeway. Property was very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, comfortable beds. This property also still had daily housekeeping service which is a nice bonus.

We had an ADA accessible room with a stand-in shower, however the set up was not optimal. The design did not prevent water from spraying/leaking out into the main bathroom from the shower area, which left the floor a wet mess after a shower. Seemed fairly unsafe due to trying to walk out of a shower onto a wet and slippery tile floor.

The good value for the price, breakfast included (a good one), large pool space that kids enjoyed. Lobby was large, open and welcoming. Friendly staff.

Some directions in the room bathroom itself on how to turn the showerhead on from the bath faucet would be nice/recommended. Its not your normal way how to turn on the shower (a ring around the bath faucet that you pull down). I figured it out but others in my family (in different rooms) did not! Small directions at the front desk aren't noticeable enough.

Very clean and nice staff all the way around to check in to the house keepers and all the breakfast was great and big alot of food to pick from rooms was nice and clean and very quite pool are was great and clean and very nice pool was nice and warm and the hot top and sauna was great

There was nothing we did not Like about this hotel

First impressions were amazing! How friendly the front desk service members were. The lobby area really captured an eye, cleanliness (considering they had quite a few people staying at the time going in and out). Different small amenities available (gaming machines, pool, breakfast room, lobby lounge, carts, plenty of extra towels in the room, etc.) Was worried how the tubs/shower/whirlpools would’ve been based off pictures. But they were sparkly clean.

Honestly, there’s not much. If I’m really digging. More up to date tvs. (They were not bad. But for a studio suite I guess I did expect a little bigger)

We had a surgery appointment at OSMS and it was very convenient to get there for a very early Check In. The staff wer very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable.

There was something amiss with the TV, but that is why I always bring a book! :)

Friendly & helpful staff. My room was very clean and comfortable. I was shocked at the amount of towels and pillows provided! Loved!

The guest Wi-Fi was not password protected & spotty. My phone kept saying “unsecured network”

Convenient to UW-Green Bay campus. Easy on and off the highway. Appreciated the quality of towels in the bathroom. Good TV/cable offerings.

Not impressed with gaming/slot(?) machines located in lobby. Rather distracting and unappealing. "Hot" items in breakfast area were not hot..but slightly warm. Door to breakfast prep area was left wide open. Where was the printed TV channel guide?

Big room, plenty of parking, strong AC, good restaurant across the street and a 24 hour gas station within walking distance. Very quiet.

Elevator was a bit small and slow. Also tended to be wet from guests using the pool. Fold out bed in my room wasn't the greatest but I've had far far worse.

excellent breakfast options and hotel was very nice and clean.

room was clean but you could smell that another dog had been in there previously, bad for my allergies as I’m allergic to cats and long haired dogs.

This is by the best hotel we have stayed at we stay at alot of hotels threw the demolition derby season and just for family fun we had a problem with the room key not ipening the door and they came and fixed the problem right away and made sure we we happy with the room and stay and when we went back to are room with are breakfast the housekeeping worker was very nice and wanted to help us open are door so qe didnt drop anything so we will return to stay at this hotel again so if tour looking for a hotel to stay at to not hesitate this is a very nice hotel to stay and clean very nice staff .there little arcade games are really nice also got some great prizes out the game
