Everything was very clean and well kept. The pool area was especially nice with a little kid shallow splash area and the regular pool both easily seen from the jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options and the staff staying on top of anything running low.

I hated that the other hotels we stayed at on our vacation weren't as nice. We took a long road trip around Lake Michigan, staying in there other hotels and while none were bad, they just didn't satisfy the same way. Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Green Bay East, WI has set a new bar.

The location is great for us. This hotel had been remodeled within the past four years and it seems to be holding up pretty well. I had an issue with the toilet and it was taken care of the same day. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff took care of business even when there were many people eating at the same time.

They would not provide housekeeping unless you were staying five nights. The excuse was Covid but almost none of the staff EVER wore masks, etc. Everyone knows these hotels are trying to get by with 25% of the housekeeping staff they used to employ just to save money. The heater/air conditioner did not work well. I had to set the heat to 65 to get the room to 70. If I set it to 68 it must have been 74 in the room. Each time it was different. I am not convinced that these units were changed during the remodel.

Our expectations were exceeded during our stay at Country Inn and Suites in Green Bay. Location was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and welcoming. Complimentary coffee or tea by the doors was a welcomed touch! It was always stocked and the area was spotless. The pool area was spacious and the pool, spa and baby area were clean and well maintained. We were most pleased and are still raving about the breakfast! It was a fantastic setup, and there were so many choices: from 4 types of cereal, to eggs + hashbrowns + sausage, to fresh fruits, oatmeal, yogurt and a waffle station and more!! There was no need to go out for breakfast, which made mornings easy and comfortable, as they should be! The staff did an amazing job of keeping things stocked and keeping the dining area spotless for each guest to enjoy. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed having a fridge and microwave available. Housekeeping interactions were warm, friendly, and helpful. There were amenities that we didn't use; such as: on-site laundry, gym and vending machines, but it was nice to know they were an option. All of our needs were met. All of our expectations were exceeded.

My kids and I stayed here for 2 nights on an impromptu trip. It's a few miles "out of town" which was nice because it didn't get busy at all even though it was spring break week. Staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and we enjoyed the pools and hot tub every day. Check out was 12pm, and the pool opened at 6am, so we swam multiple times each day and stayed until as late as possible on day of check out. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We requested a room with a desk so we could work remotely for a morning and we were given one, which made our travel plans much easier while allowing us to continue working.

The refrigerator in our room froze fruit and vegetables that we brought for snacks, making them uneatable. There was no way we could find to change the settings. The refrigerator was also not fully set or supported, so we found the door had fallen open the last morning of our stay (but by then anything that could have spoiled was already frozen).

clean sheets, comforter, drapes/curtains and new towels. the breakfast was good.

we were in the first floor where kids stayed doors are opening and closing, door banging and you can hear the loud snore in the middle of the night next room and loud tv next rooms. vent in the bathroom wasn’t working and the towel hook behind the bathroom door kept falling it wasn’t properly installed.

Upon check in I asked to show my aarp card for the 10% off the rate---I was told its already been deducted by booking,com however booking.com never asked or mentioned aarp discount or took any aarp membership number. so I paid the rate , I wanted to pay in cash but was told credit card only because they dont take cash. I was also approved via their email my request for a handi-cap or 1st floor room. The hotel check in person said 2nd floor-no hadicap room-however she did some checking and after a wait she said room 132 instead of a non handi-cap room on the 2nd floor. Other than the above I would still give the property a 8 rating.

Pool was great for the family. Breakfast should be described as continental breakfast as not to mislead customers to believe it would offer hot breakfast options.

The pool didn’t stock clean towels. We had to go ask the front desk for towels and the walk there isn’t close and leaving the pool room is a cold walk to the front desk. We were not the only guests who had to do this and we swam at 5/6pm.

The staff were amazing- from the Manager- Benji, the front desk , housekeeping and maintenance. Beds were comfortable, breakfast buffet was very hood with a good variety- staff kept up with keeping it clean and stocked. Location was very good. Enjoyed my stay!

Needs just a little more upgrades yo room and a large pot joke in front of building.

I liked the easy access to our Lady of good help shrine. We appreciated the breakfast and comfortable beds. Place. Very clean. I think it’s great that there is a swimming pool and hot tub available.

We were sharing a room with two queen beds one room had a nice fluffy comforter on it in the other bed just had a blanket. I thought that was kind of odd. We have like two fluffy comforters for both beds. Otherwise the beds were very comfortable.
