Everyone was SO friendly and helpful!

no Knick on the property. they had not gotten the word from booking.com about our reservation. They honored the reservation, anyway, meeting the price that was well below the price advertised on their website. they err very kind about the whole thing!

My room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Loved the chaise and the comfortable armless chair in the room.

The man at the check in desk was not friendly nor attentive. Same thing in the morning when I checked out. No smile. No "welcome." Just putting in time.

The quiet and the cleanliness.

I WAS TOLD the in room hot tub was compatible for 2 people and it DEFINITELY was not. When I went to the desk and told the staff I then was told oh no it's a one person. Had I known I would never have paid for a in rm hottub.

Nice staff, pool and hot tub were nice, breakfast was good, clean rooms very nice upgrades since we had been there last year.

If I had to pick on one thing? They had sausage 2 days in a row? I don't even know that's bad, just maybe if you don't like sausage

Everything was great. I actually requested a room with a king bed, when I got there I was upgraded to a king bed with a whirlpool at no extra charge. Later that evening I went to the vending machine my item got stuck and the lady at the front desk got me my item and an extra one. I really appreciated her gesture

There was construction going on inside the hotel the workers were nice but they worked late and it was kind of noisy.

Nice large room, comfortable beds. Beautiful pool room and wonderful continental breakfast.

Our room wasn't as clean as it should have been. Also the location was nothing special. Maybe if they were to have a nice sitting area with some patio furniture surrounded by pretty plants would be nice. The other concern I have was I was almost crushed by the elevator door. What happened was I stood back to let a lady in a wheelchair out, I then proceeded to get on and the door just kept closing while I was between it and the door jam. It was terrifying and I hope it never happens again.

Good variety at breakfast. Good coffee! I can tell the rooms have been remodeled. It looks like the breakfast room might be under some remodeling? It could use some help. Just removing the sagging couch would help.

Pretty well maintained and clean.

Strong pet odor in the room. Reported burnt out light bulb, and front desk did not offer to replace immediately.

We loved the front desk person! She was the best. Attentive, nice! They allowed breakfast to go a little longer, until 10am! The pool wasn't bad. Rooms were clean.

The price. This hotel was way overpriced.

Breakfast was good. Generally a good stay here.

One small point is the shower was very slippery. Two of the my family members slipped and fell getting in the shower.
