The staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered any questions we had and always offered greetings when we were in the lobby. Pool was great, temperature of water was very nice and was not overly crowded. Breakfast was very nice as well. Complimentary coffee and tea stand was a nice amenity. Would recommend to friends and return any time we visit West Bend.

Needed toilet paper and housekeeper was not able to understand what we were asking for. Had to inform front desk and have them relay message to housekeeping.

Breakfast was really good! I liked that they mixed up the hot entrees every day

The noise in the room of some kind of machinery that ran for 30 seconds and cycled every minute and a half. It seemed to occur a lot in the morning starting around 6 am. When I asked at the front desk, they said they weren’t sure what it was but there was extra insulation to help. I replied, Not Enough. End of conversation, no resolution

Patty at front desk was outstanding!! She went above and beyond helping us with our back-to-back reservations, allowing us to stay in the same rm the whole time. She really did a great job. All staff there were friendly and polite. Beautiful pool area, very good full breakfast, very quiet.

Older glass shower doors are corroded and rusty. Housekeeping is nevertheless immaculate.

Staff were accommodating about our need for an extension to the stay. Staff were very friendly.

I have a gluten sensitivity. There were very limited options in the breakfast items for this. I understand that this type of breakfast caters more to folks who do not have food allergies, but it seems that many people are also now preferring non-dairy options, gluten free options and other food accommodations.

Staff both on arriving and check were extremely welcoming! Way to go! The breakfast food and staff were wonderful as well. Couldn't have been happier with stay here. I would definitely do so again as I have family in the area.

Hard to figure out the stations and/or channels on TV - could they put in a plastic sheet of programming in each room to help patrons?

Location, wasn't great. But okay

The breakfast was nice, you can get hot options like eggs bacon waffles or cold options like cereal toast muffins. Pool was nice, we enjoyed the hot tub. Room was comfortable and clean, beds were comfy. I thought it was a nice touch that they had board games in the lobby to play, we played candy Land with or kids.

The location was good to get on and off the highway. The pool area was nice. The staff is very friendly and want to get to know you.

I could only eat the fruit bars, some fresh fruit and coffee. The rest of the food was just OK. All of the pre-packaged food was not very good. I usually like oatmeal, but this was not edible.

The food could have been fresher and a little more variety. I only ate the fruit bars and fresh fruit after the first day.

The breakfast choices were excellent. Our handicap room meet our needs. Staff was very helpful.

Walk in shower instead of tub in handicap rooms.
