That I actually got a room with a whirlpool tub. When I stayed at a Hilton last month, I paid for a room with a whirlpool, but when I checked in, it wasn't one. I was happy this time because I got what I paid for! :)

The room didn't have a rollaway as I requested. So my son and I just shared the queen size bed.

Very friendly service. After the first night, housekeeping came and did the beds and such but did not vacuum all the crumbs that my son left all over the floor. I called the front desk and they came right away to vacuum so that was nice. Pretty good breakfast 👍🏼

The breakfast variety was ok. I especially enjoyed the breakfast sandwich and orange juice. The room was so very clean, it brought me to tears (compared to my last review of a different location which brought on much frustration) and I'm looking forward to my next leisure stay at this location. Those who were on staff during my stay (sorry I don't know their names), were very professional. I received an awesome greeting upon check in and truly felt like a guest before bringing the items to the room. Must check the room over first just in case all isn't well!

My wife and I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. They responded quickly to any request we had. The cleanliness of the room and all areas of the facility was impressive.

Perfect location for access to Oshkosh Airshow while avoiding exorbitant lodging prices nearer to Oshkosh. Friendly and helpful staff.

Pretty minor: No writing material (pen and paper) in room. Electrical sockets for chargers worn out and loose.

The Staff was super friendly and very Helpful. Breakfast was good. Fruit was fresh. Beds in the room were very comfy too.

The only thing I didn’t like was the lobby smelled a bit like weed.

The room was wonderful and more than we expected. The staff was kind and friendly, and the hotel was peaceful.

The bed was firmer than we like. I have a bad back so my night was a little rough. A softer bed would make the room a 10/10.

Location was is in the middle of everything you need. Hottub and pool area is a bit more private and hot tub is a pretty big size, pool is 5ft deep. Lady at the front desk helped with everything we needed.

The pool could've been cleaner and same for the jets in the whirlpool rooms. The bed frame also seemed loose or broken.

Service, Staff, amenities were all as we expected. Breakfast had more than your typical "continental" fruits and bagels. Great value for the price paid and enjoyed our short stay. Will definitely stay here again.

I liked the location and the room size. It was very spacious and the whirlpool was amazing. The staff was friendly and there was hot breakfast.

I would like it if the pool hours were 24/7. I came just for the pool and was not able to get in due to the closing time. It's a nice, quiet place, however, I would like to see 24/7 hour access to the pool.
