The staff was amazing. They were very accommodating and made sure we had a place to stay for the night.

However, bookings.com was terrible. I made reservations online and bookings.com never gave the hotel my information. Therefore, they had sold out of all their rooms, and it took us over an hour to figure out how they were going to take care of us. And it was with no help from bookings.com. bookings.com. Also told the hotel later on that and they need to collect money from us and we had already paid online to bookings.com. It was a terrible experience and I will never use bookings.com again.

They gave us the only connecting rooms that included a king suite and a two doubles room that worked for our two teenage grandkids. I’d requested connecting rooms via the motel after making reservation and they said they’d try. It made our two-night stay easy!

We had no maid service during our two-night stay - nothing at all. We didn’t complains though bc Laramie is a university town and hard to find help because many students go home over holidays. Many restaurants were also closed. Also, the floor lamp by the sofa was hard to turn on because it was the only light in a dark space - the button was black on a black leg which was an unusual place. My grandson finally spotted it for us. A small white label would really work! Also, the closet by the king bed is hard to open and store things especially since the nightstand light gets blocked by open closet door. eventually moved suitcase etc to an extra space on floor.

Raj and the staff at Fairfield made me feel welcome and cared for. The housekeeping staff went over and beyond in every way. I absolutely loved my stay and so did my doggies. Thank you so much!

I wish there was room service for meals :)

Very pleased with the variety, especially having eggs, etc. Also liked the extras like the many nuts to choose from. The food was well presented and didn;'t have to wait for anything to be refilled. Clean, all was clean and orderly.

I really can't add any comments here.

have stayed here many times in our travels back to Laramie, it’s where I was raised. the staff there were exceptional in their hospitality. Had a family reunion in one of the board rooms and staff was very helpful.

It wasn't the fault of the staff, but on this particular stay, unfortunately their system for making the room keys was down, so they had to come and manually open our doors. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay, and the staff was.very accommodating. I hope they were able to get the key issue resolved.

The breakfast was great, huge selection and quality products.

The pool & especially the hot tub were FAR too chlorinated. The hot tub was not to temp and the pool was cold. If they hot tub jets were turned on your eyes burned.

I was stranded in Laramie and was happy and comfortable to find out that the Fairfield was a complete relief. The staff was friendly and made sure I knew if I needed anything to let them know. The room and bed was comfy and it was nice to have a tub so I could relax after the stress of being stranded.

I have no complaints.

full/double beds. These were too small for myself and my 11 year old daughter to share. I ended up sleeping on the floor. my options were a king bed or two double beds… I needed at least two beds since it was myself, my daughter and my son traveling.

Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, location near elevator.

Our reservevations were wrong and we had to get adjustment thru booking,com to manager to get corrected but manager was polite and professional. I feel it was booking.com error but not sure.
